We approached the representative of Vilar, she spoke through her teeth, she was extremely annoyed by the presence of some questions, she said. that the information will be at the reception the day before, naturally there was no information. Fortunately, we knew the location of the second hotel and it was not far (Ostria 4 is an excellent hotel, we recommend it to everyone), we got there ourselves. Upon departure, Vilar informed us about the transfer only after being reminded by the sending travel agency. They picked it up at night, a small car arrived, in which another person was sitting, not listed on the receipt, the suitcases got into the trunk only with the rear shelf removed, which we were first offered to hold on the floor. Sitting behind the three of us is extremely uncomfortable, besides, there are seat belts for two and their parts dig into the sides, and the ride is more than an hour. Then the driver drove the car along an unlit road with sharp turns under a fine rain and entered turns for 80 km, and in a straight line up to 130. Twice I had to make corrections to him so as not to get into an accident. At the airport, he took out his suitcases at an additional request, since he himself ran to see off the fourth passenger, he didn’t explain anything to us - where to go, what to do, although he had to do it (well, we orient ourselves, but maybe not like that). I can't name him because he didn't introduce himself. Apparently, despite the fall in tourism, the gentlemen from Vilar (with rare exceptions) want money. but no work.

From the outside the hotel looks good. First line, has its own beach. There is a park along the seashore.
We were settled in a new building on the top floor overlooking the sea. The room was small and poorly designed. Room no more than 9 square meters. m. and a small balcony. But we came to relax and sit around the clock in the room was not part of our plans. And we went to the beach...
The beach turned out to be quite narrow and dirty (full of rubbish and cigarette butts). The sun loungers are quite close to each other, making it difficult to get to the sea. As it turned out later, sun loungers need to be borrowed at 6 am (hang a towel on an umbrella).
But this does not mean that in two hours a stranger will not lie on this place where you hung the towel. The cost is 6 euros per day for two (for those who do not have "on inclusive"). As for the sea, it is clean, almost transparent with sand at the bottom.
Then we return to the room: Almost the entire space of the room is eaten up by a double bed, to the left of it there is a wardrobe, the doors of which open halfway, because they rest against the side of the bed. Cracked sconces hang on the walls. The windows do not close with a latch (we have the last floor and another canopy under the window. And at this time in Hanioti, cases of theft on the beach, in hotels and houses became more frequent). Not very comfortable. Is not it? By the way, the safe in the closet is not only not fixed, but also does not close. There is a table with a mirror, a refrigerator and a TV. Air conditioning is shared and works very poorly.
The bathroom is directly opposite the bed.
The shower stall is leaking and foam and water are starting to flow out of the drain in the floor. Therefore, getting out of the shower, we constantly had to wipe the floor ourselves. The toilet is located very close to the sink, which is also not very convenient. And of course - a blockage in the sink.
Dining room: The food is rather strange and tasteless. Seafood there, I almost broke my tooth. After her visit, problems with the intestines began. Therefore, almost from the first day we ate at the Omega 3 restaurant, where food is really tasty and fresh, and most importantly, after it you don’t run to the toilet, as is the case with the hotel dining room.
Hotel staff: Yuriy - looks after the beach chairs. Very rude and uneducated. Girls at the reception are reluctant to communicate. When we handed over the keys when we left the hotel, they didn't even say goodbye. The only pleasant person from the hotel employees was the cleaning lady, who did her job well and the room was always clean.
I also want to note that the travel agency sent two letters stating that we are newlyweds and will arrive immediately after the wedding. But the hotel staff and its management didn’t give a damn about this and there simply wasn’t even a bottle of champagne in the room, which cost 2 euros. This is taking into account the fact that the hotel and vacation in Greece for 12 days cost us more than 250.000 rubles. , and we booked and fully paid for it back in March.

We were at the sea! And it was wonderful! This is the main thing. Everything else is nonsense.
In short, the sun, the sea, the olives, the friendly Greeks, disposed towards the Russians. Fellow believers - everywhere Orthodox churches. This is also not unimportant.
The mood for rest also plays a role.
And yes, the price. She was adequate. If you want something more refined - you had to pay more.

Food and drinks were plentiful, tasty and varied. Fresh salads, fruits, yogurts, ice cream, cakes. It was possible to take meat and fish immediately from the fire. A bar is open in the evening. If you have all-inclusive, then you can get alcoholic drinks until 22:00, later - for money.
The beach, the sea are clean. There is an opportunity to participate in water aerobics, yoga, dance exercises, play table tennis, go to the gym.
In the evenings are held: karaoke evening, Greek evening, disco. A Georgian dance ensemble arrived, which also made me very happy.
Near the hotel there is a park and the tourist center of Hanioti village with cozy cafes, shops and supermarkets. Where you can buy everything you need for the summer, the beach and gifts.
The hotel staff is polite and attentive. Most of them speak Russian. We did not feel any discomfort, we received a lot of positive emotions. We recommend staying at this hotel.

We got room 1104 - the balcony door was broken in it, after the rain, water flowed into the toilet bowl through the ventilation system from above and we were not able to use it, even within an hour after the rain stopped, the doors of the shower cabin did not close well and the shower head do not attach to the wall, I do not write about the rest of the trifle. On the request - at least to fix the attachment of the shower head, I received an answer that in some rooms this attachment is not provided. At night, I got the impression that the whole hotel washes and uses the toilet for its intended purpose - the noise of water and everything else interfered with sleep. On the fourth day of our stay, we ran out of liquid soap. No one was in a hurry to pour it for us, although the tip was regularly taken. We are not proud people bought soap ourselves. The maid folded the sheets exactly for us, changed the towels for ordinary white washed ones and washed the floor in the toilet, it would be better if she vacuumed it. At the end of our first visit, in the room behind the curtain, when we were checking if we had forgotten something, we found someone's player standing on the charger, reported this to the reception. If the maid had vacuumed in the room, she would have found him sooner. We don't know how long he was there. I came to the conclusion that in building 1 on the ground floor all the rooms are broken and look unsightly, although another feature was that all my neighbors were Russian. On the beach, I noticed - in addition to yellow beach towels for a deposit of 20 euros, there were similar white branded towels. The question arises, where did these towels come from? I had the opportunity to find out about this later, because on the second arrival at the hotel in a room on the second floor, I found just such branded white towels. That is, visitors to the first floor were denied the use of branded towels, and the room on the second floor of the first building was cleaner, the sounds of water in the pipes did not bother us, and for the first time we saw that they were vacuuming here.
You should not count on the help of Vilar's employees in resolving the issue of resettlement. They do not have the right to vote and do not particularly try to do something. Although the first floor of the first building is not the worst option. There is also a standard with a view of the stairs in the yard. When we were there, they tried to settle our compatriots. They did not agree, they were told that they had paid for the standard, and this number is just related to it. People sitting in the lobby of the hotel did not achieve anything - they took the money and left.
The food is not bad. You won't be left hungry.
For myself, I concluded - it's a pity the money spent on an inappropriate hotel.

In general, Greece is a very beautiful country. I really liked Meteora and Delphi.
Now a few words about the hotel. The food is just super, everything is very tasty and everything was enough. Rooms are ok, not chic and glitz, but not bad. The only negative is the shower cabin, all the water spreads over the bathroom floor. The beach and sea are very clean and pleasant.

True, scrambled eggs are always overdried. Lunches and dinners did not bring any variety. 1-2 dishes, incl. oily fish, always the same. Salads again with fat mayonnaise. Desserts without variety and design. In general, the hotel gives the impression of a transit. You can live for a day or two, more - very tiring. No entertainment is provided, only 2 times there was karaoke, so at midnight it was not possible to fall asleep from screams from the tent. We left with pleasure. I won't go to this hotel again and I won't recommend it to my friends.

Check-in: no matter how they asked to settle us nearby, nothing came of it, and despite the fact that upon arrival the hotel was half empty and that we and our friends had neighboring rooms empty for another five days. As a result, we got rooms in different buildings. Not to say that they would be very different from each other. The only thing we had in the first building was a bath and the bathroom was a little bigger. But the view of the stone courtyard, which subsequently pleased us very much. The view of the sea is certainly good, but the eternal hubbub of children swimming in the pool and playing on the lawn does not allow you to relax in the afternoon after dinner.
In the evening, the music in the bar beats until one in the morning, and a day later, at the same time, 20 meters from the bar, the evening karaoke program begins. It's just the finish line. Drunken and childlike howls like Taganka and Oh what a woman! ! ! trying to shout over the music in the bar, which the bartender makes louder in order to drown out the karaoke. And so the eternal struggle. How glad we were that we didn't have a Sea View.
The room card didn't work. I had to run 4 times to the reception to change cards, swear, and so on. The stuffiness in the corridors of the hotel was terrible. Of course there are no movers. Do not dream, we pick up luggage and go to the 1-2-3 floor.

In the end, sleep, change clothes, etc. Upgraded the air conditioner. In order to save money, the minimum temperature at which it will turn on is if you set it on a scale of 29-30 degrees. Naturally, there can be no question of any cooling. In a nutshell, he worked only to say that the temperature in the room was 2-5 degrees lower than outside. And if on the street 35 then count yourself. Conder turns on only when the balcony door is closed and a card is inserted, which is issued in a single copy, probably with the aim that tourists do not leave cards in the receiver and do not try to cool the room in their absence. Now imagine 35 degrees in the shade you had lunch and go to the room to change clothes for a nap and so on. It will take 2 hours before he at least somehow cools the air.
It remains one to stand under a stream of warm air and use it as a fan. The noise from it is considerable, and the coolest thing is that if there is a desire to open the balcony to ventilate the room at night, then after turning it off, such a howl is heard, as if a megawatt generator is working in your room. Although, to be honest, they rolled so much that they fell asleep without hind legs, and this fact did not really bother. Cleaned the room well, every day and with a vacuum cleaner. There are no complaints. There is a safe. You need to leave a deposit of 50 euros for the key, otherwise it is free. I was confused by the key, which by no means looked like even the key to the barn. Just an iron plate without cuts. Even I would open such a safe with a screwdriver.

Meals: In a nutshell, very high-quality products, and quite tasty cooked. Let the assortment change infrequently and not so large, but no one will die of hunger, except for notorious snobs.
Breakfast is always the same, I was pleased with the presence of cereals in the assortment: buckwheat, semolina, rice. I have never seen such porridge for breakfast anywhere else. For those with kids, it was easier to feed their child. Dinner; a couple of types of meat, 1 type of fish have always been apart from the rest. We even ate shrimp once. Uhhh yummy. Vegetarians won't die of hunger either. Salads are always fresh, not weathered, freshly cut. I will not hide the fact that a situation is quite possible when you will not get the most delicious, because they bring it in once at the beginning of the meal. So there was a queue for the opening. Then everyone rushed to grab a red fish or a piece of octopus. This food was enough for no more than 5-10 people, but oh well, the rest was enough to eat. Fruits are always delicious watermelons and melons. The rest is like in our ruins (grass and wood) Dinner: better than lunch. Sweet tasty little. Beer, wine, ouzo get drunk all day long.
Juices are body-worn Zukos or Yuppies. In order to maintain health, I recommend not to give them to children. The same can be said about cola, sprite and phantom. From what chemistry they are made there, no one will tell you. In general, the food is acceptable. Ice cream only for children a couple of hours a day at the bar.
Once a week Greek evening for a fee of 18 euros. Dances etc. In principle, not bad.
The bar is a separate issue. I must say right away that it is very pleasant to sit in it in the evening. Comfortable chairs, nice music. As for me, it was perfect for my taste, Reggae, Morengo, etc. etc. In general, music for relaxing in the evening on the beach by the sea with a cocktail in hand. That's when the karaoke session started at 9-00, see above)). Cocktails at the bar seem to be a good choice at All Ink, but they are made on the basis of all the same terrible chemical juices and sodas. It is better to drink wine or beer. For money, the bartender will make a small masterpiece. Oh so delicious. It costs 6 euros for any cocktail.
And if you leave a tip, it will be hoo. Here are the real juices and so on. The bartender is a separate issue. Zakhar or Zaharias, as you like. A very pleasant person. Half the nice thing about the hotel is it. I was very surprised when in the guest book, through a review, a mention of him with words of gratitude. We join. The kids just fell in love with him. They also left Chevy, but here is just such a case that I’m sure they have nothing to do with it. Just a good person. Gentlemen, you need to be friends with the bartenders)) And then instead of tap water in plastic, they will give you a glass bottled with ice, a straw and a slice of lemon. Service: Of the service that exists in the hotel, there is nothing to complain about. From reception to maids and waiters. All worked, if not flawlessly, but quite a very good one. Girls from Vilar are always in the lobby and are always ready to help you. They changed constantly, but all well done.
