The reason for this decision is as follows: I bought the tour directly through Mouzenidis Travel in Moscow. The first thing they told me was that the company was Greek (in Greece, when problems arose, they told me that the Moscow office itself and they were not responsible for its actions). However, it soon became clear that I was denied a room. I was assured that there is a great alternative - the KASSANDRA PALACE HOTEL, on Kassandra (the first "finger" of the Peninsula). True, the cost, if you take this hotel, is 120 euros higher than in the first hotel. According to Anna Kulikova, an employee of Mouzenidis Travel, who sold this product to me in Moscow, the KASSANDRA PALACE HOTEL is 4 stars, with a beautiful beach, only after reconstruction (its opening since May 28.2008) and is going to apply for a 5- oh the stars this season. When I arrived at it, it became clear that no reconstruction had been done. The hotel building turned out to be old, the rooms, the furniture in them were not repaired and did not change for a very long time, with the exception of some of the rooms. Beach - sand with pebbles, mud, debris, stones in the water, sea urchins. I refused to live in it and a day later I was forced to move with a surcharge to a completely different hotel. Nothing: no apology, no compensation for a low-quality product from Mouzenidis Travel followed. I was told by them that if I want to return to Moscow, I can do it, but without a refund. Several times I heard from the staff of this tour operator, and finally from Ioannis Mouzenidis himself, that customers are very important to them, and that they make every effort to solve any problems and questions that arise. All these words are still words. Nothing has been done for me. Apparently they meant some other clients, most likely virtual ones. It is easy to talk about those for whom in reality nothing needs to be done. Greece is a beautiful country rich in history. There is something to see, where to walk and stay, as well as what to buy. But personally, I will no longer use the services of Mouzenidis Travel to avoid the troubles that I got into. I have no complaints about the KASSANDRA PALACE HOTEL, because they did not promise me anything and did not offer their services directly, did not give information that is not true. We are talking about the Mouzenidis Travel company, which sells a low-quality product as an alternative to a better and cheaper one. A company that does not apologize, does not compensate for damages, losses, and does not want to be responsible for its actions. What's the reason, I don't know. Perhaps the fact that most of the employees in this company are students who are not yet aware of the work and they cannot, perhaps due to their age and lack of experience and desire, provide quality service. Everything is good only in words and in pictures. Perhaps there are other reasons for the poor service of this company. This is just a guess. However, there are facts by which one can judge and draw objective conclusions whether I should use the services of this company in the future or not.
