The view from our room window was simply amazing. The magnificent sea, opposite the coast of Sithonia, the evening sunset on Kassandra simply fascinated us. The room itself is simple, a bit small, about 22 square meters, but tasteful, pleasant colors, not distracting or annoying. Then we went with my daughter for dinner at the main restaurant of the hotel. Overall, I was satisfied with the food. Yes, of course, when you relax a lot, there is something to compare with, here in Kassandra it is a little rustic, both in the design of the restaurant itself and in terms of the choice of dishes. But the food was of high quality, tasty and we were quite satisfied. There was always a choice of meat - cutlets, grilled pork, chicken, chicken breast, beef, very tasty lamb. There are few fish products, only one type of fish. I really liked the soups, especially the soup with mushrooms. They cleaned our room every day. The only comment was the problem with the beach towels. They were taken apart very quickly at the reception, we had to wait 20 minutes for new ones. But we didn’t change them every day, just some days we approached in advance and took new ones, and then we handed over the used ones. There are not many stones and sea urchins on the beach and in the sea, but still be careful, buy better slippers. We didn’t take slippers, because opposite the bar there was a cleared passage into the sea, and we calmly passed, and then there was already sand. The water in the sea is clean, a delight. The first days they sat all day only on the sea, until they completely burned out. Well, then we decided to have a look at the area. We traveled a lot to local villages, there are plenty of them in the district. All villages are located on the coast, with local traditional restaurants. We got to them very easily on public buses, the fare is not expensive from 1.80 euros per person. And back if the schedule did not have time, then called a taxi. In all taverns, they cook deliciously, both meat dishes and seafood. I especially liked in the village of Afytos in the Galera tavern, there are beautiful views from above on Kassandra and Sithonia. I advise everyone to visit this beautiful village. We also went to hydrogen sulfide springs, not far from the hotel, about 7 km. We also managed to go on excursions, went to Meteora for the third time, flew to the island of Corfu (we were delighted - one of the best excursions).
In general, we were satisfied with the rest. There are, of course, always some moments, shortcomings. But this is in all big hotels, my opinion.

After calling the agency, they confirmed that it was indicated, but they cannot provide numbers, due to their absence! we were tired after the road, but my friend found the strength and went to swear, we immediately found a room with a sofa and two single beds pushed together! not far from this room there was another one without a sofa and supposedly overlooking the sea, but the sea was not visible from it))) we thought that we had come to rest and we would not spoil our mood! decided to rest and forget everything)
slept, went to the beach, it turned out that all the sunbeds are booked, there are towels on the sunbeds, or signs with the word ‘’reserved’’ ! ! They promised a private beach, got a municipal one! the hotel has two swimming pools, a small one for children and a medium one for adults!
You can take as many towels as you like! came to the reception to take a towel, they said wait a couple of minutes, waited 5 minutes, asked how much in their concept of a couple? I was answered 10 minutes, waited 10 minutes, asked where the towel was answered 15 minutes! the child came running wet from the beach he was cold!!! ! there were no towels! I asked to bring the manager of the hotel to deal with such situations, to which I received an answer soon to come !! ! a young man came out, not the manager asked what claims? I commented that I was waiting for a carpenter for half an hour, he answered “it will be soon”, and there was also a second situation: in the morning before going to the pool, we needed a safe, which turned out to be closed, called the reception and asked to open it! no one came, I decided to notify the not real manager about it! to which I received an answer, and after how long did you think he would come? in five minutes? The food is varied, for 10 days you did not get bored. True, basically took breakfast and dinner. Rest in a country that is famous for its amazing seafood, various cheeses, fragrant bread, fine wines, and, of course, the best olives and olive oil, and never go to a tavern where locals gather in huge companies and enjoy every sip and every bite the famous feta cheese? ! Especially if the convenient location of the hotel allows you to do this in the nearest villages. Speaking of taverns! The hotel also has its own small, but very nice and atmospheric tavern, where national live Greek music plays in the evenings, and young boys and girls dance in national costumes! The linen is fresh, but I can’t call the room itself clean, there is dust and small pebbles on the floor (apparently brought in by previous residents), barrels in the toilet periodically flow. The windows of the room overlooked the road, the father-in-law changed the room the next day, said - I can't sleep with such noise. There were no slippers or beach towels in the room. Complimentary bottle of water was only upon check-in. During the 9 days that we rested in the hotel, the room was cleaned only 3 times (1 time of which we had to catch the maid), the bed linen was not changed even once, they only made the beds and left sweets. They left a beach towel on the bed for replacement - they just took it away. Father-in-law is a lover of baths and hamammam. The hotel has a so-called "sauna" - a small room in which it is slightly warmer than on the street. I didn't even bother going to the spa. On the ground floor there is a shop (as for me it is terribly empty), there is also a children's room, in which there are only pencils. On the territory of the hotel there is a children's slide made of plastic, standing in the sun! All entertainment for the child in this hotel is the sea and the pool. Actually about the sea. It's gorgeous! Clean, warm. Entry into the sea is sandy-pebble. Sunbeds can only be taken in the morning. And by the way, if you left towels on the sunbeds, get ready to find them somewhere in the bushes. Hotel policy - if the sunbed is empty for 3 hours, then another person can take it (we became aware of this only after the conflict with the Albanians at the pool) After our conflict, the hotel employee began to be constantly on duty at the pool. There are not enough sun loungers on the beach, especially on weekends. A lot of visitors for 1 day. They just leave the car in the hotel parking lot and go to the beach. Before our eyes, a family with a small child went to the room, they were gone only 20 minutes. Either Albanians or Serbs came to the beach, the hotel employee who was on duty on the beach, after hugging and joking with these people, threw off the belongings of those who had departed and gave the sunbeds to these people. You can imagine the surprise and outrage of this family when they returned to the beach. Very, sooooo many Arabs and Serbs on the beach. These people are behaving disgustingly. The Greeks themselves say - before we did not close the doors and were not afraid to let the children go, now everything has changed. The territory of the hotel is large, well-groomed, there are many palm trees and olive trees. The pool is not big and dirty, something always swam in it - wasps, grass, feathers. There were a lot of wasps on the open veranda of the restaurant. So food. . . In the morning - sausages, eggs, vegetables left over from dinner, cereal, cuts for sandwiches tea, coffee, terrible juices and champagne. Dinner - varied, but not always tasty, and sometimes inedible. Live music in the evening. In general, this hotel is for lovers of "seal rest". We were 6 people (5 adults and 1 child) And we all say with one voice - this is not 5 stars! This is a sure bug! Thanks to the staff of Mouzenedis Travel for the accepted meeting at the airport, a wonderful tour, the hotel guide for his responsiveness. We won't go to this hotel again.... Then we got on the bus, it was with comfortable seats and double-decker)))). Of course, we went upstairs in order to better see the beauty of Greece. The road was easy, and we were at the hotel after 1.5 hours, all this time we were accompanied by a transfer girl who told us a lot of useful things about Greece.
When we arrived we were met by the receptionist George and the girl Elena. We went into the hall, on the left side is the reception. Since we arrived in the evening, before we were settled, we went to dinner at the hotel restaurant, which I will write about later. After a hearty dinner : -) we checked into room 318, the receptionist helped us with our suitcases and we quickly got there by elevator.
The room opens with a key card, we immediately asked for two separate beds and our request was fulfilled without any problems. The room itself is bright, clean and very comfortable. Soft beds, plasma TV, new furniture and excellent plumbing. Spacious balcony where you can arrange gatherings with the whole company))). The room has a safe, hairdryer, refrigerator and everything you need. Every day they gave clean towels and shower accessories (shampoo, shower gels, soap and even shower caps). The cleaning is very high quality and they come mainly at the time when we were at sea, so there was a feeling that cleanliness came by magic.
The next day we went for a walk around the territory, right in front of
breakfast. The territory is large, very green. In addition to the main building, there are about a dozen more two-story houses with rooms. On the territory there is a tavern, a tennis court, a playground, several bars, two swimming pools and a private beach. Everything is very clean and tidy, there are a large number of gardeners who monitor the state of vegetation and the cleanliness of the territory.
Then we went to breakfast. The food at the hotel is very good and quite varied: hot in the morning, and yoghurts, and juices, and fruits, and whatever you want. ))) Dinners are also very tasty, the cuisine is both Greek and European: salads, hot dishes, pastries, ice cream, soups and a huge variety of fruits. Kiwi, cherries, watermelons, melons, apples, pears, peaches, nectarines. The restaurant is big and clean, all the waiters are in uniform and very friendly, nice guys especially Thassos and George : -) . All tables are beautifully set, and the dishes are arranged according to all the rules of etiquette.
As for the beach, it is good, sand and small pebbles, there are stones at the entrance, a little dangerous, there may be hedgehogs, but if you swim where the bar is, then there is nothing, only sand. On the beach, sun loungers and umbrellas are all free. The bar offered soft drinks, alcohol and snacks.
But as for the bar, we liked the one downstairs in the hotel lobby more. There is a very nice bartender Iliaz, who gave us discounts on drinks. A very interesting man, speaks excellent English, and Marina, my friend, constantly communicated with him.
In the evenings we walked in Pefkohori in a bar called Sushi and went to clubs in Kallithea. I really liked Ahoy, a noisy, youth clubhouse, a lot of young people hang out. And in the afternoon we went on a shuttle bus to Kriopigi, sit in a cafe and bought a couple of excursions.
We went to Meteora-Corfu and Thessaloniki for shopping, I was delighted with shopping, such discounts are good, I brought home a whole suitcase of new things. And they themselves drove around Halkidiki when they rented a car at the Rent a car office on the minus ground floor of the hotel. Dima, who works there, advised us on all issues.
On the minus ground floor there is also Mouzenidis' office, a kids club, a shop, a billiard room and a spa center with a gym. The shop is really small, but the spa is wonderful. Sauna, hammam, indoor pool, massage room, manicure table and many other services. The gym is free and we often went there to shake the fat after a hearty lunch))).
As for the animation, unfortunately it is not in the hotel, though a couple of times there was live music and themed dinners in the restaurant, Greek or Italian.

First, let me tell you a little about the hotel and how we got there. We flew to Macedonia Airport, where we were immediately met in the lobby with a sign and helped to decide where to go next. Then we got on the bus, it was with comfortable seats and double-decker)))). Of course, we went upstairs in order to better see the beauty of Greece. The road was easy, and we were at the hotel after 1.5 hours, all this time we were accompanied by a transfer girl who told us a lot of useful things about Greece.
When we arrived we were met by the receptionist George and the girl Elena. We went into the hall, on the left side is the reception. Since we arrived in the evening, before we were settled, we went to dinner at the hotel restaurant, which I will write about later. After a hearty dinner : -) we checked into room 318, the receptionist helped us with our suitcases and we quickly got there by elevator.
The room opens with a key card, we immediately asked for two separate beds and our request was fulfilled without any problems. The room itself is bright, clean and very comfortable. Soft beds, plasma TV, new furniture and excellent plumbing. Spacious balcony where you can arrange gatherings with the whole company))). The room has a safe, hairdryer, refrigerator and everything you need. Every day they gave clean towels and shower accessories (shampoo, shower gels, soap and even shower caps). The cleaning is very high quality and they come mainly at the time when we were at sea, so there was a feeling that cleanliness came by magic.
The next day we went for a walk around the territory, right in front of
breakfast. The territory is large, very green. In addition to the main building, there are about a dozen more two-story houses with rooms. On the territory there is a tavern, a tennis court, a playground, several bars, two swimming pools and a private beach. Everything is very clean and tidy, there are a large number of gardeners who monitor the state of vegetation and the cleanliness of the territory.
Then we went to breakfast. The food at the hotel is very good and quite varied: hot in the morning, and yoghurts, and juices, and fruits, and whatever you want. ))) Dinners are also very tasty, the cuisine is both Greek and European: salads, hot dishes, pastries, ice cream, soups and a huge variety of fruits. Kiwi, cherries, watermelons, melons, apples, pears, peaches, nectarines. The restaurant is big and clean, all the waiters are in uniform and very friendly, nice guys especially Thassos and George : -) . All tables are beautifully set, and the dishes are arranged according to all the rules of etiquette.
As for the beach, it is good, sand and small pebbles, there are stones at the entrance, a little dangerous, there may be hedgehogs, but if you swim where the bar is, then there is nothing, only sand. On the beach, sun loungers and umbrellas are all free. The bar offered soft drinks, alcohol and snacks.
But as for the bar, we liked the one downstairs in the hotel lobby more. There is a very nice bartender Iliaz, who gave us discounts on drinks. A very interesting man, speaks excellent English, and Marina, my friend, constantly communicated with him.
In the evenings we walked in Pefkohori in a bar called Sushi and went to clubs in Kallithea. I really liked Ahoy, a noisy, youth clubhouse, a lot of young people hang out. And in the afternoon we went on a shuttle bus to Kriopigi, sit in a cafe and bought a couple of excursions.
We went to Meteora-Corfu and Thessaloniki for shopping, I was delighted with shopping, such discounts are good, I brought home a whole suitcase of new things. And they themselves drove around Halkidiki when they rented a car at the Rent a car office on the minus ground floor of the hotel. Dima, who works there, advised us on all issues.
On the minus ground floor there is also Mouzenidis' office, a kids club, a shop, a billiard room and a spa center with a gym. The shop is really small, but the spa is wonderful. Sauna, hammam, indoor pool, massage room, manicure table and many other services. The gym is free and we often went there to shake the fat after a hearty lunch))).
As for the animation, unfortunately it is not in the hotel, though a couple of times there was live music and themed dinners in the restaurant, Greek or Italian.

The view from the window was on the garden and the tennis court, we immediately spotted a chapel on the territory and a lot of fruit trees. The guys, Lesha and Marina were settled in 324, this is the next room.
The room is clean and comfortable, everything is according to European standards, and plasma for you, and a hairdryer, and a refrigerator, and a large balcony, and new furniture... The room is bright, but rustic, paintings on the wall, a couple of bed chairs, a soft ottoman... In general, the room is like a room... I was satisfied with everything, for a European hotel it is chic. We constantly sat on the balcony, and the guys came to us and we to them, there was enough space for gatherings.
As we settled in, we went for lunch, the hotel is half board, and you need to eat in a tavern right on the territory, it’s very good, cozy and you can see the sea, by the way, it’s not very expensive, we took wine with Marina, our guys took a beer and so we sat well on veranda near the beach. The beach must be recognized as wonderful, clean, sand all around... the water is clear and free sunbeds (we were specifically looking for a hotel with free sunbeds, because we spent most of the day at sea). Towels for the beach were in the room, they were brown and new ones were given every day : -).
Breakfast and dinner were in the main building of the hotel, there are still small houses there, but I don’t know if anyone is occupied in them or not. Restaurant on the ground floor, large enough for a hotel. All the food is delicious, there was an open hot kitchen, and in the evenings, indulge yourself with fruit and ice cream. : -) All the food is fresh and the staff is very friendly. The most interesting thing is that sometimes the owner of the hotel himself served us, he has such a hobby)))), there were days of Greek and Italian cuisine... Then they baked a big cake in the shape of a flag. In general, food is excellent.
The biggest disadvantage is that it is a bit boring in the hotel, since there is nothing nearby except hotels and animation as such is not provided, there was live music in the hall a couple of times in the evening. Although, if you have a rest with your family, it is excellent, quiet, calm and very measured. We did not sit at home, we went on excursions, rode a minibus from the hotel to Kriopigi, by KTEL to Pefkohori and Kallithea. Several times we went to the Ahoy club by taxi. In general, it was fun : -) !! ! Excursions are wonderful, jeep safari and Olympus-Dion-Vergina (the first smells like adrenaline, and the second is very informative and interesting). Take excursions, everything is very professional and well organized!!!
By the way, the hotel downstairs on the minus ground floor has an excellent SPA center, with a gym, sauna, hammam and a cool pool. They give a discount to those who come, though I never went in, but I visited the gym regularly. There is also a car rental, a children's room, a shop and the office of our tour operator, I was surprised that he was right in the hotel.

For breakfast they offer freshly squeezed orange juice, tea and coffee, yoghurts, scrambled eggs, sausages, etc. Beach. The beach itself is sandy, sunbeds are free, I was afraid of sea urchins, although I didn’t see them for all the swimming, but I was still afraid, because the bottom was rocky. There was a beach bar nearby, and my daughter and I often sat there in the shade when it was very hot. . A girl named Irini works in the beach bar, she made friends with Lisa so much that Irini often treated her to cherry juice and more. I remember her very well, because she told me how she likes Russia, Moscow and the city of Kaluga, because in the fall she is going to move there permanently. In the beach bar, all drinks are also for an additional fee. The territory of the hotel is spacious, we very often visited a small playground, rode swings, slides, etc. I also happened to use the services of an animator. A Russian-speaking girl named Diana was able to keep Lisa busy for a couple of hours while I enjoyed the massage, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi in the spa. I made myself a chocolate wrap, which cost 80€, it seemed a bit expensive to me, but I was so interested that I tried and almost ate this mask, because it is really made from real hot chocolate. Unfortunately, I used these services at the end of the holiday and only then found out that there is a free gym that is open until 20.00. If I had known, I would have left Lisa with Diana more often and would go to the gym for an hour, because Lizka really liked it there. In addition to being entertained by Diana, she also played with other children. We also went to a neighboring village called Kriopigi. It would be possible to walk to it, but with a small child along the road it is unrealistic. Thank God, a free shuttle bus runs from the hotel several times a day, so we had the opportunity to take a walk, buy souvenirs and eat ice cream. By the way, from the same Irini, I learned a very cheap way to call home. You need to buy a payphone card called Face and you can call both from a payphone and from a hotel room. On a cell phone, if you call for an hour and a half, you can talk, on a landline for two hours and for only 5 €. Yehuuu. I talked to my mother and managed to tell her all 5 days. These cards are sold almost everywhere, in every souvenir shop and even in small stalls that often stand by the road. On the last day, I decided to go with Lizka to the water park. The tour was a group tour, and I understood that it was popular among children, because so many had children of Lizka's age. We were accompanied by a girl guide, who explained in detail where which slides are and of course we went straight to the children's. Ooooooooo. The joy of my child knew no bounds. But since it seems to me that there is a lot of free time, that is, 6 hours, Lizka simply could not stand it and passed out. I had to leave her sleeping next to the guide while I was swimming in the pool 5 meters away. This is what vacation with young children means. But nevertheless, I really liked Greece. When our hotel guide talked about excursions, I understood that I wanted to go to almost everything, but you can’t go far with a child.

In the hotel itself, the food was a bit monotonous, but everything was fresh, you definitely couldn’t fault it, there were fruits every day and a lot of pastries. The room has beautiful furniture, a large TV, a huge mirror. The bathroom is also very good, shampoo, soap and clean towels were always provided. The only drawback, a bit slippery floor in the bathroom, I was worried about my grandson, well, the door does not close, but it doesn’t matter. Most of the time we spent on the beach, it was nearby, the hotel was on the first line. Clean, sand and small pebbles at sunset, there are a lot of sunbeds and they are free, they left us a special towel for the beach in the room. There is a bar on the beach where you can always have a cold drink. The food is varied and tasty, a buffet: in the morning fresh yogurt and buns, and in the evening meat, side dishes, pastries and a lot of fruit. There were always many places, and we could eat calmly and in silence. There is a shopping center in the basement of the hotel, there is a spa, which I did not dare to visit, a shop, billiards and much more. During the day it is cool there and we came there with a neighbor and her children, they played and had fun, and we talked while sitting on comfortable sofas, watching TV. Several times we went to the neighboring village of Kriopigi, there was a branded bus from the hotel. They bought a lot of souvenirs, olive oil, wine and several packages of olives. I decided to send my grandson to the Skouras camp for one day, on the recommendation of a hotel guide. Vityushka was delighted with this trip, and she herself went on an excursion to Thessaloniki to the holy places. It turned out to be a wonderful trip, I really liked the guide Evgenia, she has a theological education. Interesting and always answered any questions. . At the end of the story, I can say that I really liked my vacation in Greece, my grandson too, he already asked when we would go again. The hotel is quiet, the kids have fun here. I will remember this trip for a long time and thank my daughter for such a wonderful gift.
