В отеле не безопасно The hotel is not safe

Was at the hotel from 24 to 26 May 2012. First of all, the accommodation is disgusting!! ! According to all the laws of hotels, check-in must take place without delay if the client arrives at the check-out time after 14.00. Our group arrived at 15.00, but only four hours later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! resettled the last of our colleagues. When we began to resent in the reception area (talking to each other), instead of words of apology and support, the hotel staff threw the phrase: "actually, we understand Russian! "... it meant that it would be enough to discuss our hotel here, we understand what you are saying! But that is not all! The security service is disgusting! There is only one guard on the territory, there are no cameras anywhere, taking into account the fact that part of the bungalow stands next to the roadway, it is fenced only with a "natural fence" of bushes. If you get a room on the ground floor with a terrace, please note that the doors DO NOT CLOSED completely!! ! they are easy enough to open from the back side, which in fact the thieves later took advantage of! While we were at dinner, our door to the terrace was broken, the whole room was turned over, all things were scattered around the room, and, accordingly, all valuables were stolen! To which the hotel manager did not even sympathize with us and said that he sees absolutely no fault in front of the hotel !! ! It was at night and they didn’t EVEN offer us to move to another room, like sleep like that with broken doors and in this mess and with a panic fear that someone might come in and not only steal valuables, but also harm us physically. . . (of course we went to sleep with the neighbors)! The hotel didn't care! Absolutely! In fact, this was the most offensive that the hotel did not provide us with absolutely no help! I will never return to this hotel and I will NEVER send my tourists. It is a pity that a trip to such a magnificent country with an ideally worked out meeting of the tour operator Mouzenidis ended on such a negative moment! Greece is a great country, so if you want to have a good rest, choose another hotel.
And the only plus of the hotel is normal food. . . and that's all. . .
