Tea at Aegean Melathron

Who does the author recommend the hotel to?: For families with children
We visited this hotel with the whole family in May 2008.
I can say right away that the hotel is strikingly different from other hotels in Greece by such a seemingly trifle, but a significant fact.
The hotel provides tea.
This is not a trifle, in other hotels in Greece, and I visited 3 of them I did not meet. The samovar is taken out in the morning and several varieties of tea are offered to it.
The hotel itself is very beautiful, it is divided into two parts by a roadway, which is not noticed at all. There is a pine forest around the hotel. If you go to this hotel, I advise you to take the second line, it is quieter and cheaper, you can order an electric car from the rooms.
Next to our rooms, we took a two-level mezzanine, there was a swimming pool and there was a playground very close by. But ours rarely rested there, more and more on the beach.
The beach at the hotel is sandy, sun loungers and umbrellas for a fee, but you can lay a blanket on the sand, no one will drive you away.
In general, I recommend this hotel for couples with or without children.
And be sure to visit their SPA center, there are wonderful inexpensive thalasso programs, sea water treatment.
