I have already rested in Greece before, but I used the services of Mouzenidis Travel for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised by the range that the company provides: all possible excursions, shopping tours, medical services, yacht and car rental, pilgrimage trips, etc.
I chose the region for my trip and the hotel based on the description on various travel portals. Hanioti is a small resort village with many taverns, cafes and shops. Perhaps, lovers of vibrant nightlife will be bored here, but I liked it.
In the hotel "Olympic Kosma" I rested for 6 days. This is a very good three, I would even say a three with a claim to a four. I lived on the 4th, the top floor, where you can take the elevator or stairs. The room has everything you need (refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, mirror and dressing table, dryer for wet things). In front of the room there is a table and 2 benches, where it is very pleasant to sit in the evening.

The reception staff are very friendly and attentive, they speak excellent Russian. The restaurant's cuisine deserves a solid five: the food was tasty and varied. I especially liked the battered calamari, grilled eggplant, tzatziki sauce and olives. For those who follow the figure, there will be no problems with the choice of dishes.
The rest period fell at the beginning of the season and it was still quite cold to swim in the sea, but in order to sunbathe the temperature is comfortable. Now a few words about the beach. Walk to it for 5-7 minutes. The hotel does not have its own beach, you can basically get anywhere. The beach itself is sandy, the shore is gentle. At the bottom there are sea urchins (for the most part, where it is already deep and it will not work to step on them). In addition, they are clearly visible. For those who are still afraid to step on them, I would advise you to purchase special shoes.
During my vacation, I went on a sightseeing tour of the city of Thessaloniki. The city made a strong impression on me. Firstly, by its size, which can be assessed standing at the fortress walls of the Acropolis. And secondly, those architectural monuments that have survived to this day. These are ancient buildings of the Roman period, and Christian basilicas, and the symbol of the city, the 35-meter White Tower.
For 4 hours of free time, I also managed to visit the market in the city center, take a walk through the shops, of which there are an unimaginable number in the city center, ? and take a ride on a pleasure boat? (you can get on it by purchasing any drink on board in the amount of 3.5 euros). Thessaloniki fascinated me.
I advise everyone who comes to rest in Halkidiki to get to know this beautiful city better.
The holiday was just perfect, I want to go back to the sea! I advise everyone to spend their holidays in a cozy hotel Olympic Kosma!
