Rested at the hotel in the period from 16 to 22 September 2012.
I'm sorry I bought the good reviews for this hotel. Rereading them now, I am sure that they are either custom-made, or it was the first vacation for people and there is simply nothing to compare with.
And now in more detail:

IN GENERAL ABOUT THE HOTEL
The hotel is four-story, really covered with ivy (it looks very nice, as in the photographs), in the center of the hotel there is a swimming pool. The pool is quite small
two additional "puddles" on the sides (for children), in the reviews it is called "two additional pools" - after I saw them myself - it sounds ridiculous.
In front of the pool there are sun loungers available free of charge. There is a bar attached to the pool. There is a small lounge with upholstered furniture.
There is one oddity in the hotel - it has about 20 stairs! And not every staircase will lead you to your room. I struggled with them all the rest, constantly confused.

Having climbed from one side to the third floor, I could not get to the third floor of the neighboring hotel block. As a result, I found one staircase that still led to
to my number (but from time to time she still confused her and went up / down the stairs several times). I think the builders are overthinking something ...
In addition, the hotel has an elevator, but it also works strangely: the elevator can only go up to the 4th floor or go down to the first.
The hotel has Russian-speaking employees (these are more employees involved in cleaning and some kind of repair work), but no one speaks Russian at the reception
(except for Zhenya, a representative from Mouzenidis Travel, who appeared at the hotel in the evenings for a couple of hours).

ABOUT MY ACCOMMODATION
Our bus was delayed with the departure for about an hour (while the lists were being checked... ). This hotel was the last on the bus route and it seems like the hotel staff had to wait for us to prepare the rooms.
But it was not there!
Photos of the bathroom on the site do not believe it, I can send my photo, compared to which the one on the site is just 5 stars!
The towels were always yellow, and even stained. Apparently, like the curtain, they have been exploited for another 10 years. There are no gels and shampoos and they are not reported. I put my soap in the bathroom, which suddenly disappeared during the last cleaning.
The bed is wide and uncomfortable. The walls (my impression) seem to be covered with yellow plaster over uneven pebbles. Curtains are stained too. The bed linen is the same yellow as the towels. One lamp by the bed did not work for me, the TV remote did not work either.
On the balcony there are two chairs and a table + clothes dryer. On the second day of my stay at the hotel in the morning, going out onto the balcony, I saw a mouse above me in the ivy branches.
She heard me and tried to run away as quickly as possible, but the fear that one day she might return and crawl into the room remained until the end of her stay at the hotel.

There was a feeling of dampness in the room itself, my throat immediately hurt. Only 3 days later, after the room was warmed up by the air conditioner, the dampness disappeared and it became warmer, but a large puddle from the air conditioner appeared in front of the door of the room.
By the way, the floor in the entire room is tiled and cold.

ABOUT CLEANING
They were cleaned daily, but the cleaning included: washing the floors in the bathroom, making the bed + changing towels to similar yellow ones. Sometimes (every 2-3 days) they changed the bedding again for a similar yellow color.
The floors in the room were not washed. During the last cleaning, they changed my towels and left two small ones!
One day, on my stairs (the only one I knew and which led to my room), a cat pooped.
The hotel staff spent 24 hours cleaning up these poop, which I constantly had to step over.

ABOUT NUTRITION
I chose "All Inclusive" - this was my second mistake after choosing this hotel. This hotel has a strange idea of a buffet.
Everything in the description is too good and not true.
In the morning, 10 bowls were placed on the common table, in which cucumbers were cut separately, tomatoes were cut separately, onions were cut separately (this is not a joke! ),
separately Bulgarian before, separately yogurt, olives (tasteless and inedible, in other hotels in Greece I ate olives with pleasure, but here they were disgusting),
honey separately, jam separately, there were also two bowls of corn flakes, canned peaches, sausage and cheese cuts + either boiled eggs, or scrambled eggs and either donuts or cheese pie.
There was not a single salad (it turns out it was proposed to combine it yourself), there were no alternatives. On the third day, I no longer wanted to eat breakfast.
For lunch, the same 10 bowls were put up, but instead of corn flakes they were filled with some two sauces, instead of canned peaches they put boiled potatoes with onions. There was also a separate fried card, fried blue ones and the same fried chicken.
Nothing else from meat or fish dishes was offered. There was one more soup - it was more like chicken broth. There were no desserts!

For the evening, again, all the same 10 bowls appeared, filled as in lunch, from meat dishes there was usually only one - some kind of fried meat (sometimes so hard that it was difficult to saw with a knife)
and occasionally there was also fried fish. One of the fruits (grapes, plums or nectarines) was offered, and the so-called "dessert" appeared in one copy. It could be a sweet cake or jelly.
In general, after a few days of such food with the "All Inclusive" program, I began to go to lunch in the cafes of the village of Chanioti - from the dishes offered in the cafe after this hotel, my mouth watered and my eyes ran wide.
About the work of the bar: with the "All Inclusive" program it was possible to take sprite, fanta, water, but they do not give juice (juice is only available at breakfast, without pulp and with a taste of chemistry, I had the feeling that I was drinking Zuko (juice from powder ).
But they give white and red wine, cognac, tea, coffee. Moreover, Greek coffee or frappe - only for an additional fee!

ABOUT THE SEA
It was no more than 5 minutes to walk to the sea, and 10 minutes to the center of Hanioti. Hanioti is a small village with a large number of cafes, restaurants and taverns, as well as shops with souvenirs and clothes.

ADDITIONALLY
From the channels: I found only one in Russian. I heard that there seems to be another channel, also in Russian.
Interestingly, the description says that there is a radio.
I found the bushings (probably for the radio), but there is no radio itself - in general, take the radio with you!
That seems to be all. I will find where to place pictures of the room, yellow bed linen and towels, a "chic" shower - I will definitely post it.

FINALLY
There are no regrets about leaving the hotel. Definitely a second time I will not return to it, and I do not recommend it to anyone.
This hotel teaches you to understand the essence of the Greek word "Halara" (means something like "don't worry, relax, life is beautiful! ")
