We sat in a group of tourists, drinking wine bought at the bar. Unfortunately, the hotel is located in such a way that it is unrealistic to sleep in it, if you have a room overlooking the courtyard - this is a constant noise during the day, if you have an external one - noise both day and night. If you sit on the balcony and talk, then all the neighbors hear your conversation. Well, so, my mother and a group of her friends arrived and together we began to discuss whether it was worth visiting this excursion. At this time, some incomprehensible night watchman-manager or someone else runs up to us and shouts at us that after 00.00 we have no right to be in the hotel lobby, in other words, we must be in our rooms after midnight. Forgive me, of course, but I think that I am an adult, and I decide for myself what time I go to bed! He voiced all this in English and no one understood him except me. I asked him to clarify on the basis of what such a requirement is put forward, the answer was - HOTEL RULES. I asked to provide these rules and show where my signature is, that I was familiar with these rules. To represent the travel company about these rules did not say anything. As a result, from the upper floors, I heard the voice of the hotel owner and her daughter (which, as it turned out, we interfered with sleeping), that we have no right and that's it, and the hotel owner's son threatened us with the police! Forgive me, of course, but this is complete insanity! I answered him - invite, let's talk and solve the issue. Everyone fled with screams and screams, but I never waited for the police. Of course, I admit that we could interfere with the resting guests of the hotel (we did not hear a word from the guests, and the whole hotel is Russian-speaking tourists). or rather the owners of the hotel, but all issues can always be resolved peacefully. It was possible to come up and say that we would turn down the volume (there were no drunks among us, everyone sat and talked according to interests), and not start yelling at the whole hotel! For me, this situation was a complete surprise. I understand if problems arise with the hotel staff (which, to be honest, is excellent, and the reception, and the waiters, even the cleaning lady in the room), but I have never seen such rudeness from the owners-managers in my life. In the morning I approached the representative of the company to clarify about the proper breakfast (we were taken to the airport at 3 am), but, as it turned out, the owner of the hotel forbids giving breakfast to the guests (which I paid for), citing the fact that it is forbidden to eat on the bus, and at the airport we can buy them ourselves! It was the last straw! The representative of the company offered to write a complaint about the hotel in the travel company in which I bought the tour. That's the whole answer I got. Breakfast was never provided to me.
That's how fun we spent time at the hotel! That is, outside of it. We ate only in taverns, the all-inclusive system is just laughter, and nothing more; we bought wine and beer in the supermarket, as there was no choice in the hotel bar.
