Rested in the hotel Marbella Corfu from August 22 to September 5.2010. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!! ! There is no territory, only stairs, there is practically nowhere to walk, you can walk to some bench and sit. There are two pools with sea water, on the banks of which people are literally on top of each other. The sea beach is small, the sand is dirty, dusty, gray, the descent into the water along three stairs, which are crowded with people all the time, you go to the water through the system. And an incredible number of wasps. It’s just some kind of disaster, there are ten pieces above each sunbed, everyone is waving with what they can, it’s impossible to lie still. Of course I was bitten, the leg under the knee itches still. And there I had to walk with a big bun on my leg. To climb from the beach to the hotel, you need to overcome the rise of an approximately fifteen-story building. A hotel that claims to be 5 stars should have thought of this lift, it should have been either an elevator, or an escalator, or some other lift.
We paid for a room with a balcony or terrace, as it was written in the ticket. And they book the room in advance. But when we arrived, we were given a room without a balcony and a terrace, the room overlooked some shabby courtyard, and there was a peeling wall in front of the window, when we asked to change the room, we were offered to see the room under a roof with a balcony, he looked at the transformer box, which buzzed loudly and was red-hot, like a blast furnace. We had to stay in the first room, where at least the furniture was decent, while in the second everything was like a garbage dump. The floors in the room are made of laminate, all the boards bend up at the corners and creak mercilessly. If one had to get up at night, then the second would wake up. There is no iron, coffee maker or kettle in the rooms, no mini bar (5* hotel) and you have to buy water even if you are on an ALL INCLUSIVE holiday
I have never seen worse staff when you are on the beach - the room is not cleaned, but when you went to rest during the day and put up the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign, they still knock on you with an offer to clean up. Moreover, the picture does not change even if there is a tip.

The restaurant is also a song. Since all the main dishes are set at the beginning of feeding, the whole herd goes to feed at the beginning, there are not enough places, a queue forms. And if you come later, then there is no choice of dishes. What's left is what's left. If you have an ALL-INCLUSIVE bracelet, don't flatter yourself, not all-inclusive is for you at all. Coffee and tea can be drunk only for breakfast, at other times - pay. From drinks they offer completely filthy white and red wines without names, without choice - just bitter sourness, which is impossible to swallow, by the way, juices are also only available for breakfast, and juices of such quality that I have not seen even in our long-suffering Moscow. This is a 100% concentrate, but not juice, but some kind of chemistry, incredibly sweet and nothing like it, even with names. As for drinks, you can order either terrible wine, or dubious beer, or pepsicola / sprite, or just ice water. Everything!! ! If you want a cup of tea or something else, be kind enough to pay.
Spa treatments are generally something incomprehensible. They offer HAMAM or SAUNA. Hamam is just a steam cabin with four trestle beds, when you leave the steam room, you have nowhere to go, just like from the sauna, the dressing room is shared. In the dressing room there are two cabins and one couch, as in a soviet polyclinic, on which the towels of those present are folded and those present themselves huddle. The room is approximately 2.5x2.5. Everything is HAMAM and SAUNA in one bottle. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!
While my husband was trying to get lost in the bath, I decided to get a pedicure and manicure. After the bath, all steamed out, I got into an icy cold, I asked to turn off the air conditioner, but this did not save me. The cold came from other rooms, in general, I caught a cold and came home completely sick. Masters are inept, just amateurs, everything hurts. In addition to nails, they smeared all the fingers and toes. I didn't know how to get out of there. But this manicure and pedicure did not end there. Upon arrival home, having washed off their varnish, I was horrified to find a fungus on my hands and feet. Now I am being treated and how long this will all last is unknown.
Never been to animation. Children's animation starts at 9-30, when it's time for normal children to sleep. And the adult starts at 10-30. But if you had dinner at 7.8 or 9 o'clock, then there is simply nowhere to go before the animation, well, you climbed up and down the territory, well, sat on some bench, and went to your room and already at half past ten go nowhere I do not want. Everything is stupid, even the animation.
The only bright spot is the capital of KERKYRA, an interesting city, nice souvenir shops. If you relax on the island, then only in this city, look for a suitable hotel there.

It is most convenient to get from Marbella to Kerkyra by bus, fare 1-60 euros, taxi 35 euros, rent a car from 65 and more. The bus runs according to a schedule that no one thinks to follow, we waited an hour for the bus in the sun (there are no awnings, of course), although we arrived on schedule. The roads are very narrow and serpentine, someone might want to take a car, we did not. In Greece, the third time, we rested in Halkidiki, it is much more decent there, but maybe it's in this nasty MARBELLA. If you read a positive review about this hotel, do not believe it - just a scam. There are a lot of Russians there, and whoever I talked to, nobody liked it here.
IN GENERAL - LOST REST AND LOST MONEY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO GO TO MARBELLA EVEN FOR FREE!! !
