We chose this hotel based on its appearance: we liked the photos. The reviews were not paid attention, but in vain. The check-in took place at night, cold snacks were waiting in the refrigerator. When ordering the tour, they made a note: windows to a quiet place. We appreciated the "banter" of the Greeks: the window (balcony) is exactly above the main porch! The noise from this is incredible and incessant! The air conditioner broke a day later. Five days promised to fix. Even the local guide did not help: there are no available rooms with working air conditioning! I had to write to Moscow (to Pegasus) and a miracle: in 40 minutes the number was found. After that, the guide did not say hello! The food is excellent, there are no questions about meat and fruit. Fish are scarce. In the bar, wine is poured from bags into jugs and put in the refrigerator, at the same time diluted with water! You can drink water only at the reception from the cooler and pour it into your own bottle! There is no Russian speaking staff! The rooms built in the attic are very hot and there are no sunscreens on the balconies. The exit from the beach (where the sand is washed off with water) was not cleaned during my stay there. All sand is transferred to the pools. Wouldn't want to go there again. And you decide for yourself.
