I would like to leave an unpleasant review about the Agelia Beach Hotel 5 *. We had the imprudence to purchase vouchers for this hotel. It all started with placement. Booked a room with three full beds, was offered a room with one double bed. Probably the hotel did not know anything about our reservation. Next was offered a room with a double bed and a folding bed. I would like to know if this is how it should happen in 5 * hotels? This number also had to be abandoned. As a result, after a long wait, they offered a room with a double bed and a single bed. I had to go to reception to have my room cleaned. A week has already passed, and our bed linen has never been changed, the used ones are re-made, there is a constant blockage in the shower cabin, the sink and faucet have not been cleaned, probably since the installation. We have to catch the maid to ask for toilet paper. As for nutrition, this is a separate issue. To choose a dish and it was hot, you need to come at the moment the food outlet opens, otherwise it is not known when a new portion of hot food will be brought. Sometimes you never know what has already been taken out of the trays. Why is food not heated? The food is not tasty. All drinks on the all inclusive system do not stand up to criticism. I would like to note the cleanliness of dishes and cutlery. One word - poor quality. Lipstick marks after washing a cup is the norm for this hotel. Now about the hotel itself. You should have seen what the descent to the beach was at the time of our arrival. Probably someone complained and had to dig out the stairs, which were littered with sand and stones. Class! The unkemptness of everything in this hotel extends to the grounds and landscaping. 4 bushes and a few palm trees, scorched green areas and this is 5 *. Night lights are either missing and in their place are just wires or there are no lighting bulbs. The descent to the pool was covered with a tattered green covering. For several days we watched when it would be removed Removed. It is not clear how the hotel positioned itself, which gave itself such an assessment. The only two pluses are the proximity to the sea and constant wi-fi. I would not advise anyone from my circle of acquaintances to purchase tours in this hotel.
