Hotel ratings by criteria:
We were a family of 2 kids and my husband and I.
1. Weather. Whoever travels at this time is at risk. The pool and the sea are cool, but we are not cold swimmers with pleasure. But it is comfortable to walk, go on excursions. A few days before our arrival there was a storm, everyone was sitting by their numbers.
2. Transfer. Individual, fast and convenient.
3. Accommodation. Maisonette. Wonderful mini villa, two floors with access to the lawn. We met with champagne, freshly squeezed juice, saw off, showed everything, told. Any questions were immediately provided with any help.

4. Nutrition. We had breakfast in the main restaurant. People who have nothing to eat are afflicted. I have one explanation for this phenomenon, I constantly keep myself in tight rein and relax only on vacation, so everything is tasty and plentiful for me, I have no other explanation. One dish of eggs 6 pieces. Everything else is like everywhere else. I note that not all, even expensive, hotels have freshly squeezed juices and red fish with champagne for breakfast. Cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, pates, pastries, pancakes, fruits, yoghurts, dried fruits, nuts, hot dishes, porridge. People wake up, how can you demand more from life. Well, maybe there are no soups like in Hainan for breakfast. We didn't have lunch. Children, if they wanted to, ran to the mini club. Dinner was at a different restaurant for our room category. The fish evenings were very memorable. What kind of reptiles were not on the buffet, at the end of the evening, hefty lobsters with awesome sauce for Greek evening programs.
5. Promo numbers. Although we should not have had such a problem, well, it was very interesting for me to find out this question on the spot, although I had already found the answer to this question. And at the very first meeting with the guide, two divine dandelions start a showdown on this issue. In their vouchers it is written in black and white, promo numbers, but they didn’t warn us, but we didn’t know, etc. I ask Russian-speaking girls, they tell me that they are already exhausted, people are going completely without finding out where they are going. Well, comrades, strain yourself, read what is written in your vouchers, read reviews, see how much you pay, there are no miracles. They pay pennies and want 5 stars in the Maldives.
6. Outside the hotel, there are many restaurants, everything is tasty and inexpensive. Come to any. I read reviews, subscribed to restaurants, but as it turned out, even those that we went to by chance were better than according to reviews.
Yes, about coats. The fact that it is more expensive than in Moscow is not true. Maybe we were just out of season. We bought something. We met Russian-speaking women there, chatted with them every day, bought homemade olive oil. Tours were taken around the hotel. Don't be afraid everything is well organized.
7. Mini club. Wonderful. It’s just impossible to drive ours, but we all looked, found out, great.
8. People. The entire staff is very responsive, the girls speak Russian, those who can't seem to be learning. In general, they speak Russian everywhere, it's so cool, so convenient, you don't have to strain yourself on vacation. Again, I don't understand people who don't like it. I can’t imagine the Americans who arrived somewhere and, having heard English, speak with disgust, fu, and here is English. People should be proud of what they have and be simpler.
All great feedback.
