We rested in the autumn holidays (from 3.10 to 10.10. 10) with a family of 4 people (3 adults + 1 child 8 years old). We booked a suite with a jacuzzi, and received it upon arrival. So, according to the number: two large rooms separated by a door, 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies, a kitchen. In one room there is a kitchen, a dining room, a sofa, a TV, access to 2 balconies (1 large with two sunbeds, a table and 4 chairs, wicker vines). The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything: a stove, an oven, a sink, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a complete set of dishes for 4 people, pots, an electric kettle, a toaster, a juicer, a southwest, a dishwasher. the hotel is all inclusive
Water, soda and beer replenished every day, more tea, coffee, sugar.
In the second room: double bed, TV set, armchair and Jacuzzi, large bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine. Exit to the third balcony.

The sea view is direct, but distant, below the view of the pool and palm trees. From the kitchen, a view of the water park.
The suites are far from the sea, but for us this is not a problem, but physical education.
There is an Asian restaurant on the territory of the suites, breakfast is served in the morning. The service is excellent, they immediately pour orange juice, tea and coffee, champagne for those who wish. Hot dishes are prepared on order (fried eggs, pancakes, etc. ), the waiter brings everything. Fresh pineapples, mangoes , other fruits, canapé s with red fish. The rest is like in a general restaurant. The restaurant is located by the pool, a lot of palm trees and vegetation.
The main owners of the restaurant are a family of cats (just kidding), there are a lot of them on the territory of the hotel, and there are a lot of them all over Crete, they are wonderfully treated, there is Catcafe everywhere, there is food and water.
The water park is a swimming pool with 1 small slide, three waterfalls, sun loungers around the perimeter and a bar.
The territory of the Marine Palace Club is large, green, plants are planted that are uncharacteristic for the area, each has a name plate. We were pleased with the signs near fruit trees asking not to pick fruits, they are not yet ripe (pomegranates, lemons, tangerines, dates).
Many pools, one with sea water. Near it there is a bar with drinks and ice cream (4 varieties). Ice cream all day for everyone.
Lunch is served in the main restaurant and in the tavern overlooking the sea. From 4 o'clock - pastries, fruits, pancakes.
Dinner in the main restaurant is themed, in other a la carte restaurants by appointment.
We visited a fish restaurant-tavern, additionally ordered shrimp and a bottle of wine (this is for money).
The food is amazing, very tasty!
We liked the service, the cleaning is good. The staff is friendly.

The beach is small for the hotel, the sunbeds are tight. There is also a beach behind a rock, but it’s not convenient to go to it, it’s free, there is a convenient entrance to the sea, locals from another hotel also sunbathe on the beach, they have their own sunbeds and umbrellas.
The sea was at a comfortable temperature, we swam with pleasure. There were a lot of fish along the pier made of stones, we saw octopus, crabs. It was very interesting to swim along the pier on both sides with a mask.
The weather didn’t spoil - for 3 days it was warm, sunny, swimming, sunbathing. Then the weather deteriorated, a storm began, clouds ran in, it started to rain and hail!
In general, I liked the rest! The hotel is good. The suites are excellent! The food is great! I love Greece!
The hotel is located in Panormo, a nice little village. There are shops, restaurants, a marina.
There are buses to Rethymno, Chania, Heraklion.
