They put us and the child in a room without a balcony and a window, but with a window, although in advance when buying a tour, after reading someone’s review, I made a note no lower than the second floor, in the end they brought us, I don’t even know what it is, some kind of room with a small window and with a strong disgusting smell. we did not settle there, to which we were told that there were no more rooms. The hotel guide arrived and sorted something out, then we were put in a hotel opposite for 2 days. but in principle the hotel is not bad, all the staff, except for which at the reception, we really liked. A vacation in Crete is just super, if not for this trouble. I advise everyone when booking this hotel to look carefully so that the voucher states that you are booking, so that it does not work out like ours.
