Before the trip, I believed the travel agency and regretted it. Lies in almost everything. There are (free) places on the beach, but there is no orderly placement on them and there are only 50 of them. Several times more people live in the hotel + the location infrastructure of other hotels allows you to use these (free) places. There is no control at all. All inclusive - 1 type of draft beer, metaks and brandy (only after dinner), powdered wine (white and red dry), soft drinks, all powdered. There are no snacks. Well, the buffet, the quality is at best 3-ku. Fruits - watermelon (very rarely tasty), sometimes oranges. In the beach bar - everything is for the money. Wifi is only at the beach bar and slows down terribly. Numbers on a solid deuce. Clean only in the center, linen change after 3 days. They forget to change towels. Having ordered an apartment with a kitchen, from all this there was only kitchen furniture with a hood. No crockery, no kettle, no stove. The refrigerator was present. Shower cubicle! It was only called a cabin, water spilled over the entire toilet and shower room, the shower itself - the Christmas tree poured anywhere, but not where it was needed. They replaced it on the third try. The maid could enter during the day without knocking and permission, simply by opening the door with a key. The TV looked like a laptop monitor in size, there were 2 Russian and 4-5 local channels. The air conditioner hardly changed filters and was cleaned from dust and dirt. Animation for children did not interest my 4-year-old daughter. The adult pool did not interest me and my wife swam there a couple of times. Sunbeds he also engaged apparently still dark. Children's pool with only two slides of about 5 X 5 meters. There is a tennis table - one near the large pool, it's hot during the day, and it doesn't work in the evening. There is absolutely no entertainment at the hotel. There is absolutely nothing to do from this in the evenings. There is one plus, in my opinion - the sea and the bay. The waves are very rare and not large, the sand, the entrance to the sea is smooth and the water is clear and clean. The territory of the hotel, given the possibilities of the climate, was not impressive, it could be better to create and decorate. Now about the guides - as long as you buy excursions - you are needed and noticed by them. We rented a car and drove ourselves, and therefore were not interested in the guides. Like they do to us. Nika promised discounts and excellent cuisine at a "marine" restaurant in the port of Bali. We went and were disappointed, and the kitchen, and the service, and the discount. We stupidly made money and everything. And Nika, having given us restaurant cards, received her interest for them. Conclusion: The hotel is bad. And we won’t make such a mistake again, we definitely won’t go there! And I do not recommend to anyone! Love yourself more!! ! Don't waste your money!! ! But Greece and Crete impressed for future holiday trips! Plans to come next summer, but will stay in the mountains in private hotels with a kitchen. Do your own cooking as the availability and quality of food is excellent. And trips around the island will solve food problems by themselves. In small villages and villages, they cook very well and the reception is cordial. And there are many more places to see on the island. I will be glad if someone helped. See you in Crete!
