We arrived at the hotel at almost 12 at night, we were quickly settled, at the reception they paid a Greek tax of 1.5 € per night per room (in Greece it is, we knew it), we were also told that dinner was waiting for us in the room, very nice, there was a salad with a cutlet, what you need from the road). There was a Russian-speaking administrator at the reception, who will always tell you everything.
To begin with, in the morning we ran to the sea and didn’t figure out where our beach was, well, it’s for the best, since it’s not Turkey and there was a lot of no-man’s beaches, choose a place and swim wherever you want. The sea is clean, there are large stones everywhere on the beach, from the second time you can already figure out where and how to enter, there is no such thing as they wrote in the reviews, you can take a walk and find a place to your liking, go for about 5 minutes to the beach with a walking gait.
The hotel area is large and beautiful, white houses and greenery everywhere, a large restaurant, a swimming pool, but we only ate and slept here

The bar has rose and white wine, beer, brandy, raki and ouzo (drank only wine, it is normal), there are drinks such as juice (orange, apple) and water, you can dial, there were also 2 bottles in the room, coffee machine.
Now about the main thing, about FOOD, we were a little worried that we would starve in Greece, but everything was different, there is a lot of food, it is different and tasty, there was everything, chicken, fish, nuggets, cheese sticks, salads, soups, fruits (watermelon, orange , peach, apple), potatoes, pasta, everything is cooked differently every day, we ate much better than in Turkey at 4 *, for this the hotel is a huge plus.
The only thing is weak WiFi, but to be honest it's for the best, you need to rest on vacation, it's enough for correspondence in Viber.
The room itself is nice, it can be seen that it is old, but cozy and clean, the air conditioner worked, plasma TV, watched TNT at night, there is a beautiful terrace, there is always electricity, the refrigerator worked well, the room has a terrace with 2 sunbeds, a table and chairs.
From Rethymno 8 km, the old town is very beautiful, leaving the hotel to the left you can walk to the supermarket 300 m
