I never write reviews, but the last one I read here just made me write a few words about this beautiful place. . . We rested with my husband and 2-year-old daughter, so the choice of hotel was approached for a long time and consciously))) Our vacation was exactly the opposite of what is described below, from which we can conclude that the guys either rested in another hotel, or just lovers of negativity in life)) ) From the very beginning, the impressions were only the most optimistic, they arrived at about 10, they gave the room immediately, instead of the booked bungalow with access to the garden, they settled in a 2-room family suite with its own lawn, sunbeds and a swing on the terrace. . . About the lack of free wi-fi is generally complete nonsense, I talked via viber with my eldest son, both from the room and right on the shore on the beach. . . the connection is perfect))) The food at the hotel is excellent, the first days they approached the child’s nutrition with extreme caution, because there is a separate kitchen for her at home, but by the end of the holiday the child tried a lot, with great pleasure. . . about poor-quality food, again, another lie))) The attitude of the staff at the hotel is very friendly, there are only smiles and kind words around, cleaning the room twice a day, and they tried to do it very discreetly, for two weeks of rest, once returning from the beach for toys for the child, I found the maid : -) I highly recommend this hotel, I will definitely return to Creta Palace more than once : -) Of the minuses, of which there were only two, this was an earthquake that overshadowed the rest (I was very scared for myself and the child), and the second- a large noisy company of "Russo-tourists", who, with their shamelessness, screams and bully behavior (sorry for the lexicon, but you can't say otherwise) spoiled the emotions from the rest in the last few days, otherwise the contingent of vacationers is very pleasant, they, apparently, were stray, ended up in a family hotel at the wrong address : -)
