Room cleaning is good, but for some reason they don’t take tips, they left regularly from 2 to 5 euros. The shop on the territory is expensive: Beer 2.5 Euro, Cola 2.5 Euro (In the city they are 1.30 and 1.50). Fruits and snacks and even more difference in prices.

Someone likes wild beaches, someone likes rocky shores, someone prefers the entrance to the sea from a stone slab... The blue banner of the European Union is not given just like that, I assure all reasonable people! And!! ! I note, because I have the right to do this, having visited this beach 10 times already, that every year, the new season, this beach always has a lot of new, great ideas, redevelopment, recreation areas near the beach-bar, service, sports areas, animation zones! Only caring for sea turtles remains unchanged! They receive a lot of attention, love and care! There is a volunteer group of young people who oversee the entire breeding process on this carreta-carreta sea turtle beach!
FOOD: I can say that having visited all the countries of the Mediterranean basin at different times of the summer season, food in the Grecotel network, regardless of the number of stars, is the best! From the point of view of bio-products, from the point of view of the variety of dishes, from the point of view of restaurant staff, and this is extremely important! I think that many people do not know that in the Creta Palace Labyrinth restaurant you can ask the restaurant staff and, of your choice, they will make Fresh juice from any fruit and absolutely free of charge! And this is not a one-time request of guests, I personally observed it! As for the quality of the dishes, their variety. I have the opportunity to make a comparison for many years of rest in the department. There was one season, in 2010, and this is also noted by the hotel managers themselves in conversations with me, when the cuisine of the main Labyrinth restaurant was not very successful, or, as we say, "not up to par. " But it was an isolated case! This, as the restaurant workers themselves said, was the chef's question. But this year, I rested from September 20 to October 01, the kitchen, all the dishes were just excellent!
As for children's dishes, I can't say exactly all the nuances. But very often I noticed that the children ate various foods and were satisfied, as well as their parents! Although a separate segment of children's cuisine was present in the restaurant in a large assortment! This, by the way, makes the entire Grecotel chain different from other hotels in Greece! For 4 days we were given a suite and a bungalow with a sea view, but separate. Too bad they don't have connected suites - very nice room. There is enough entertainment for children of all ages - in the children's club there are programs of games and activities - dancing, drawing, sculpting, cooking, playing football and tennis. The eldest girl, 10 years old, was busy for one week in the Be a model program - she made friends with other guys, got valuable experience and beautiful photos. The hotel has good swimming pools - younger children have become bolder in swimming. Nice big and clean beach - not once we were left without places, even when one of the last days we came at 10.30 (and the hotel was full). On the beach, the sand turns into small pebbles, and then larger pebbles, often going into the sea you step on stones, but after 6-7 meters under your feet there is sand, water - up to your chest and you can practice swimming with your child. The sea is very clean and beautiful. There are a lot of vacationers in the hotel at this time - but I have never had a feeling of crowding (even in the main Labyrinth restaurant during breakfast or dinner). For me, as a resident of the capital of Ukraine, this is especially valuable. The staff is very polite, attentive and diligent. The cuisine is excellent - all two weeks I chose only seafood for dinner and national sweets (they have peculiar cakes). The assortment of food did NOT tire by the end of the second week, as is often the case. For children there is a special children's table, and lunch from 13.00 to 16.00 (we all had a HB type of food), which is very convenient. Still - there is a kettle and tea in the room, water was supplied every morning at 0.5 liters per person, linen was changed every day - and it is excellent, towels - 2 times a day. They cleaned our rooms until 12.00 - we asked and everything was done (they put 2 euros per room on the bed). Everything changed and was placed in the bathroom, all requests were fulfilled very clearly. For sports lovers - there is stretching in the morning, and classes in the pool, and yoga at 17.00, beach volleyball, etc. . We left at 6 am - had breakfast at the restaurant, it is open from 5 am. I didn’t want to leave for the first time in many years (usually on the 10th day you already think about the house and the things you left) - so the rest was a success!

Further, it turned out that the “free WI-FI” indicated in the description of the hotel is only available not at the reception, and the Internet is not provided at all in the rooms. But these were not the main troubles awaiting us in this hotel! On the first day after dinner, my mother began to feel very unwell. The hotel doctor diagnosed fish poisoning. On the second day, my wife was also poisoned. They are forced to spend the remaining days of rest in a room with poor health. . Food at the hotel now has to be treated with great care! If you care about your health and the health of your loved ones, not to mention the comfort of your holiday, I do not recommend choosing this hotel!
