The room turned out to be very spacious, two rooms and an impressive terrace. The rooms are beautifully furnished, there were beds, tables and chairs, a free safe, air conditioners, a TV set, a mini-bar, a hairdryer, a wardrobe. The bathroom is also not small, made in a stylish design, with all the necessary accessories (soap, gel, shampoo, conditioner... ) of very good quality. Everything in the room worked without problems. Towels and sheets are changed very often. Removed quickly and conscientiously. It's nice that not only did we leave tips, but after cleaning, we found presents from the hotel - fruits, wine, sweets, chocolates)) Internet catches well. The staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful! There is a wonderful team of animators, sports classes, aqua aerobics, show programs with songs and dances in the evenings. Well done! There is nowhere to walk around the territory, there are paths, a pool area and, in fact, a beach. But everything is compact, no garbage, clean. We went to the spa, took a course of massage and did a face peeling, everything is super. We went to the sauna once. I liked the beach, a little narrow, but the length is large, there are a lot of sunbeds, the sand is clean. A smooth entry into the water with a pebble bottom, then pure sand. The water is warm, but there were often waves, we swam several times very early in the morning - the water is clear and the bottom is clearly visible. The sun was hot, tanned like chocolates) The food in the restaurant is very even! ! Deliciously prepared, using natural and quality products, good quality drinks. The meat is tasty and tender, not overcooked, no seasonings, salt in moderation. Dairy products, apparently farm eggs. Fruits and vegetables are also juicy and ripe. The choice of food is excellent. Excellent sweets, from our own confectionery! Heaven for the sweet tooth! You can dine in a la carte restaurants by appointment. We dined frequently at FICO D'INDIA which has great views and the most delicious pizza ever! ! Whom, on the territory there are excellent bars, where everyone will find what they need. We did not buy excursions from the tour operator, since we have already seen almost everything in Crete over the years of travel. The only thing was that we met a couple from the next room and just the hotel organized a trip to the Agreko farm, not far from the hotel, and our new friends persuaded us to go. But again, the agency convinced that there was a reconstruction of the rooms and everything was at the highest level.
Booked on pre-booking many months before departure and agreed on everything. We arrived on May 20th. 17 for 10 days.
We were 17 people of different ages with different incomes, so the rooms were from standard to expensive and very expensive.
From the airport to the hotel to go 1:30-2 hours.

The tour operator TPG, a certain Lilia, having learned about the problem, apparently the most responsible one, dialed and asked, “-Do not spoil the mood, not for yourself, not for us, because the rest depends on the mood, so try to raise it for yourself and everything will be fine !! ! » The agency said to these problems that they would do everything they could, but after that there was no answer or greetings and there were no changes. Therefore, to say that it made sense to change the number for the newlyweds, no, they can only tell that they will do everything for your comfort. They ordered an iron to the room the 1st time they didn’t bring it at all, the 2nd time they brought it in 2 hours it was broken at the reception and they asked to quickly change it because in 30 minutes we were supposed to have a wedding photo session, the answer was of course within a minute, as a result they brought it the next day after lunch !! ! The food, in principle, is not bad, but for the first time I saw a plentiful lack of seafood in Greece. A la carte was painted for us as a place you should definitely go to, BUT everything on the menu is the same as in the main restaurant, only you don’t wait for an hour and a half, taking into account the fact that you choose the menu for the day. The view is really beautiful but in Greece everywhere is beautiful. For fans of a photo session, I strongly advise against using the services of a hotel photographer. A photo costs 5 euros, but “they have golden hands” don’t waste money and time on a phone. The photo is no worse. Cleaning in the rooms does not change the beds, but simply fill them up? the floor was washed once and then after they found a black spot in the middle of the room from broken cosmetics, the toilets are not washed. Of the minor shortcomings: the room is simple, it doesn’t pull on a 5, but it’s clean and thanks) When we arrived in the room, the shower was leaking, water was constantly dripping, they fixed it after 3 days, and they themselves without our complaints! Yesterday I returned from Crete, El Greco hotel. Emotions are overflowing. I liked everything very much: the meeting (wine and fruit basket in the room), service at the highest level. Excellent very, very warm sea. The food deserves the greatest praise: all products from the Agreco company, natural, deliciously cooked! You can take a walk in Rethymnon (20 minutes by bus), a beautiful town.
