Very friendly staff as well as the local population! We went to the tavern across the road. We didn’t sit in the hotel, went on excursions, and in the evenings on a local bus to Rethymno, the town is just a miracle! There is where to wander at sunset, and then in a cafe for a cup of coffee! In general, a hotel is not important in Greece, comfort is everywhere, the country attracts with history and myths, and if there is paradise on earth, then this is Hellas!
