The room itself is small, the towel in the bathroom is replaced by an old one and in one stained. TV ancient Phillips one for two rooms. Two Russian programs (1st and 2nd). The sound is doubled. There is no free internet anywhere. We bought a Wi-Fi card for 30 euros for seven days. Barely barely works and only for one device. The kitchen is bad, glasses are washed in muddy water. For breakfast, if you come at the beginning of the tenth (breakfast until ten), there are not enough cups for tea and coffee. There is a queue for cups!! ! From the apparatus you pour ordinary water, it smells of bleach, it is impossible to drink. All drinks - solid chemistry with bleach. Meals are all inclusive. There are a lot of people everywhere, there are no air conditioners in the restaurant, the stuffiness is wild. At the reception, the same thing, nothing to breathe. Operator TezTour. They have one concern - vtyuhat excursions. Tomorrow I meet with their representative, but I think that nothing will be decided. One plus is the clean and warm (+25) sea. There are no beach towels for three days, at the reception they say no and that's it. They bring a few pieces, you have to guard at the reception desk. In thirty years of travel, I have never seen anything worse than this hotel.
The representative of TezTour came, a nice girl. She listened to everything carefully, said that the issue was solved with the Internet, other problems would also be solved with the hotel manager. As a result, nothing has changed. True, they brought a fan to the room.
