Friends, if you are planning a vacation, then exclude this hotel from your list. This is not a "troika", this is a real hostel. I apologize in advance to everyone, but either the positive reviews are custom-made, or people at home live in barracks and eat doshiraki.
We settled in room 503 of the "new" building, with an individual veranda.
Breakfast is the same every day. Yes, you will not be hungry, but you will not get any pleasure either. In general, you can have breakfast with muesli with pastries (donut or puff). From fruits - CANNED peaches. From juices - powdered.

Dinners - a la the Soviet dining room. Well, it just doesn't taste good. Of fruits - only watermelon. Enjoy. If you manage to snatch a piece with the pulp of a watermelon. If you do not have all inclusive, then tea bags (!!! ) for dinner will cost you 2 euros! But you can drink water. It's free. Or order wine in a mini bottle (for two glasses) for 4 euros - young and disgustingly sour. The air conditioner can't cope, everyone is sitting sweaty. There is no air conditioning in the hall near the dining room, not even a fan. And if you arrive before check-in starts, you will have to sit in this sauna. Check out at 12. We wanted to extend for 2 hours, we were offered to pay 25 euros for this!!!!!
But if you can still argue about tastes in food, then cleaning the room is something with something. The whole point of cleaning is taking out the trash. A towel thrown on the floor was taken away and a replacement was given. A shower cabin with a terrifying curtain with someone else's hair, water pours from the cabin onto the floor, because. very small rims. The soap dispenser is torn off the wall (!!! ) and lies on the sink, all the soap from it spreads beautifully. There is a hair dryer. Rylno soap took their own. The air conditioner turned on upon arrival, but did not cool. The receptionist reported this to Tatiana (Russian, very arrogant and didn't even try to be friendly). She said without a shadow of embarrassment that he also did not work for previous tenants. Closer to the night in our absence, apparently, the house master came and fixed it. A/C only worked at 18 degrees. Naturally, it got cold in the middle of the night. For two (separate beds) 1 blanket.
They made a remark about the lack of cleaning (by the way, the tip was left regularly from the 1st day). With a stone face, Tatyana translated into Greek our claim to the male Greek who was at that moment. Apparently a manager. He didn’t introduce himself, didn’t speak English, and didn’t deign to look at me at all. The next day, the floors were somehow washed and a pile of towels was thrown and even the linen was changed, which, upon arrival, did not look very fresh. At first I was glad, but then....Dear mother! all towels with yellow and black stains, washed to holes, but never washed. On the pillowcase TRACE FROM SHOE!! ! I knitted it all in a pile and carried it to the reception. The situation with Tatyana, the Greek manager and "I'm sorry" repeated through gritted teeth. They brought new linen and towels of a grayish color, with holes, but, thank you, no traces of shoes.
There is animation for children in a mixture of English and, apparently, Slovak. Two students will dance with your children. In the pool bar, squalor is wild, wobbly tables and a huge trash can right at the bar in full view of everyone, crowds of ants crawl on the bar and flies fly.

There is no beach. It is simply impossible to take a sunbed. Guests of neighboring hotels that own the beach throw their things on the sunbed at 4 in the morning and leave, as a result, there are only dead souls on the beach. the sunbed is occupied, but there is no one on it.
Of course, you can endlessly try to ignore all this and enjoy your vacation, but this shameful trio is not worth the money. And Tatyana at the reception, apparently, really wants to work in the 5-ke, but they don’t take it, so she meets guests with such a face.
from the pros - right behind the new building there is a tavern with free wi-fi, a very nice waitress and delicious food. There is a market behind the tavern. Prices there are no more than in other places, you can buy safely. Stop there. Don't wait for the bus. We took a taxi to Rhodes. There 13 euros (call the reception), back 10 euros from the parking lot.
all in all, have a great holiday. but not in this hotel.
PS: I would like to single out the work of the hotel guide from TezTour - Alena. Appeared ONLY once, a dying swan, can't offer anything, barely speaks. Very rude and not customer oriented. She let us down a lot, did not pick up the phone, did not call back. But I will write about this directly to TezTour.
