We had breakfasts and dinners included, the food was wonderful. You can find something delicious to eat no matter if you are a vegetarian or a meat-eater. I am very contented with the clean kitchen and dining room. Once I was out at around 10 pm and saw staff polishing the floors and the counters. Everything is sparkling clean, looks like the people, ALL people, who work there, do the best they can to suit every customer's needs.
The location of the place is very close to the seaside. My kids are small but we never took a baby-stroller with us - that's how close it was, around 100 meters away. The beach is nice and clean, so is the sea.
The room service works well, everybody is exceptionally nice to you.
On our last day I asked for a late check-out time and received a positive answer. My kids sleep from 12 to 2 pm or even 2:30, and the managers let us have this (priceless for a mom) afternoon nap.

Breakfast is the same every day. Yes, you will not be hungry, but you will not get any pleasure either. In general, you can have breakfast with muesli with pastries (donut or puff). From fruits - CANNED peaches. From juices - powdered.
Dinners - a la the Soviet dining room. Well, it just doesn't taste good. Of fruits - only watermelon. Enjoy. If you manage to snatch a piece with the pulp of a watermelon. If you do not have all inclusive, then tea bags (!!! ) for dinner will cost you 2 euros! But you can drink water. It's free. Or order wine in a mini bottle (for two glasses) for 4 euros - young and disgustingly sour. The air conditioner can't cope, everyone is sitting sweaty. There is no air conditioning in the hall near the dining room, not even a fan. And if you arrive before check-in starts, you will have to sit in this sauna. Check out at 12. We wanted to extend for 2 hours, we were offered to pay 25 euros for this!!!!!
But if you can still argue about tastes in food, then cleaning the room is something with something. The whole point of cleaning is taking out the trash. A towel thrown on the floor was taken away and a replacement was given. A shower cabin with a terrifying curtain with someone else's hair, water pours from the cabin onto the floor, because. very small rims. The soap dispenser is torn off the wall (!!! ) and lies on the sink, all the soap from it spreads beautifully. There is a hair dryer. Rylno soap took their own. The air conditioner turned on upon arrival, but did not cool. The receptionist reported this to Tatiana (Russian, very arrogant and didn't even try to be friendly). She said without a shadow of embarrassment that he also did not work for previous tenants. Closer to the night in our absence, apparently, the house master came and fixed it. A/C only worked at 18 degrees. Naturally, it got cold in the middle of the night. For two (separate beds) 1 blanket.
They made a remark about the lack of cleaning (by the way, the tip was left regularly from the 1st day). With a stone face, Tatyana translated into Greek our claim to the male Greek who was at that moment. Apparently a manager. He didn’t introduce himself, didn’t speak English, and didn’t deign to look at me at all. The next day, the floors were somehow washed and a pile of towels was thrown and even the linen was changed, which, upon arrival, did not look very fresh. At first I was glad, but then....Dear mother! all towels with yellow and black stains, washed to holes, but never washed. On the pillowcase TRACE FROM SHOE!! ! I knitted it all in a pile and carried it to the reception. The situation with Tatyana, the Greek manager and "I'm sorry" repeated through gritted teeth. They brought new linen and towels of a grayish color, with holes, but, thank you, no traces of shoes.
There is animation for children in a mixture of English and, apparently, Slovak. Two students will dance with your children. In the pool bar, squalor is wild, wobbly tables and a huge trash can right at the bar in full view of everyone, crowds of ants crawl on the bar and flies fly.
There is no beach. It is simply impossible to take a sunbed. Guests of neighboring hotels that own the beach throw their things on the sunbed at 4 in the morning and leave, as a result, there are only dead souls on the beach. the sunbed is occupied, but there is no one on it.
Of course, you can endlessly try to ignore all this and enjoy your vacation, but this shameful trio is not worth the money. And Tatyana at the reception, apparently, really wants to work in the 5-ke, but they don’t take it, so she meets guests with such a face.
from the pros - right behind the new building there is a tavern with free wi-fi, a very nice waitress and delicious food. There is a market behind the tavern. Prices there are no more than in other places, you can buy safely. Stop there. Don't wait for the bus. We took a taxi to Rhodes. There 13 euros (call the reception), back 10 euros from the parking lot.
all in all, have a great holiday. but not in this hotel.
PS: I would like to single out the work of the hotel guide from TezTour - Alena. Appeared ONLY once, a dying swan, can't offer anything, barely speaks. Very rude and not customer oriented. She let us down a lot, did not pick up the phone, did not call back. But I will write about this directly to TezTour.

The safe is at the reception, paid, 1 euro per day. Cleaning was done regularly. In general, it was clean, if not to find fault. In terms of nutrition: everything is quite monotonous, but we have never been hungry. The beach is quite clean, the water is amazingly clear. Shopping - there is a shop at the hotel, but a strange payment system, you can buy everything, but the check amount must be at least 10 euros. The prices are too high. Much cheaper in the AB hypermarket, to the right of the hotel, along the road, about 1 km. About the all-inclusive system and in particular alcohol, we had an all-inclusive light system, that is, drinks only with meals, no strong alcohol at all, wine and beer are allowed, but honestly we did not aggravate. Wi-fi is paid, it was free only in the animation zone, but they came to rest, and not to sit on the phone.
Family hotel, calm, cozy, quiet. Ideal for families with children. There is no animation. For animation, you can go to a nearby hotel, but it is not impressive, European humor. The island itself is very beautiful, feel free to rent a car, which we did and explore all the corners yourself. It will be much more profitable than excursions. Have a nice rest)

Rested in this hotel from 17.08 to 14.09 family with a child 1.5 years. I really liked the hotel (as well as the rest itself). The hotel is not large (about 80 rooms) consists of two buildings. The location is good enough. Arrived late at night, placed very quickly, in the main building where the reception is in a standard room.

The windows overlooked the bar and the pool, but the room was quiet. The air conditioner worked perfectly, left on all night and its sound was not even heard. There are not very many children, which is probably a plus (fewer diseases), but the attitude towards them is very good. The room was cleaned every day, linen was changed every three days. The staff is very friendly, this applies to all staff (and the maids too). Inquiries are responded to promptly. I liked the food, there were never any queues. The food is always fresh and tasty. There are no special surpluses, but they never left hungry (the child ate from the common table). The hotel staff are mostly relatives of the owner. Most speak Russian (some are better, some are worse). Very good location of the hotel, 100 meters to the bus stop in Rhodes, exactly a minute to go to the sea (spotted). I repeat, but since the hotel is not large, the attitude towards guests is very good (almost family). At the reception they remember you by sight. I will gladly visit this hotel again. Many thanks for the warm welcome to all the staff of the hotel and each one individually. You have more customers and prosperity.

The hotel is like a solid three for me (I would even give 4). at least in Egypt, we lived in 4-ke in worse conditions.

The hotel is like a solid three for me (I would even give 4). at least in Egypt, we lived in 4-ke in worse conditions. The food was also excellent and very tasty. The guide (Vera) is very pleasant and unobtrusive. Helped and advised on all issues. Almost always was in place at the hotel.
The only negative sea in May is still cold (20-22). So don't buy too much

The food was delicious, though there were few sweets (or none at all). Animation is designed for Slovaks who come to rest with whole clans. Our goal was to travel around the island - so we were satisfied with the trip. If you need discos, nightlife, gourmet food - then you are not here. Good hotel for a relaxing holiday. The owner of the hotel always meets halfway - if something does not suit you, they will change the room, meals on the day of departure, etc. without any problems. There were, of course, small minuses, such as the presence of only one socket in the whole room: the phones had to be charged in turn, not to mention the video camera, and the laptop, but these are such trifles that they have almost been forgotten - they remained pleasant, good memories! . .

Small modern hotel. Lots of greenery, flowers and trees. Responsive, attentive and caring staff, you feel at home with your family! The main thing is not sticky and not intrusive! In the morning you meet the owner of the hotel, Mr. Stelios, he will always wish you good morning, he is always friendly and benevolent, if there are any problems, he will help! Our key broke, he called a locksmith and, in order not to wait a long time, he helped us, opened the door, gave a second key. And so in everything! A man with a capital letter!

I really liked both the rest on the island and the hotel itself. Small, well-kept area, friendly staff. The choice of food is not large, but everything is delicious. We rented a car, visited all the excursions ourselves. I recommend the old town of Rhodes, the kiss of two seas, seven springs, Lindos. Butterfly Valley is beautiful and the road to it is picturesque, but the butterflies themselves disappointed (there is nothing to see there, some kind of moths).

Before that, they were in Turkey, Egypt, Greece on the mainland in 4-5 stars, but this hotel is the only one where you want to return!
