The hotel is designed in the style of expensive minimalism, glass, metal, light colors are everywhere. The territory is green, a huge swimming pool, enough sun loungers, struck a botanical garden with fragrant herbs and shrubs.
The hotel staff tries to please the tourist, everyone is polite and smiling. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
The restaurant is excellent, service, choice and quality of food. . . beyond praise!
In the evening there is live music in the lobby, rock musicians, jazz, etc.
The only thing we didn't understand about it was the beach. It is located across the road from the hotel, but compared to the beaches of neighboring hotels, it is not at all well-maintained (there are sun loungers and umbrellas and the use of this hotel for vacationers is free). The hotel management should pay attention to this nuance, because not all vacationers prefer the pool to the sea, everything should be fine in a hotel of this level.

We paid for the Atrium Platimun hotel in the city of Ixia on the island of Rhodes. The hotel and the region were chosen very carefully, they wanted to go surfing, and in this place the waves are perfect for this sport. And having paid separately for a room with a "sea view", we flew to sunny Rhodes.
We arrived late in the evening, we were visited at the hotel. "Something is wrong here" we felt immediately upon arrival, where is the sea, where are the surfers, why is there NOTHING around the hotel, no bars, no restaurants, no people!
All cleared up the next morning. It turns out that we were accommodated in another Atrium Palace hotel, in a completely DIFFERENT REGION! We were settled where the sea is calm and there are no people. No surfing!
Our anger knew no bounds, how is it possible to relocate us to another part of the island without permission or warning and at the same time answer without batting an eyelid "well... there was a resale... it happens...."!!!!
We did not agree to the Atrium Palace hotel, but chose Atrium Platinum. And the tour operator was obliged to fulfill its obligations. Moreover, even the cost per room for these two hotels is different, since the room, to put it mildly, does not pull 5 stars. And there was no "view of the sea" at all. I don't know why we paid extra money!
In addition, on the way back, the plane turned into a minibus with a landing without seats to the island of Kos. But from the island of Kos, people were assigned places, and we were transferred 3 times from place to place. People threw tantrums and scandals, and we almost missed the clearance for takeoff, due to the fact that people could not sit down.
I have never met such a terrible organization of travel, and the whole plane would agree with me, since everyone flew to Kyiv angry.
So my advice, GO BY THIS TOUR OPERATOR PARTY!!!! !
