We stayed for two weeks from the end of June to the beginning of July 2017. We booked accommodation through the travel agency Mouzenidis, after reading rave reviews about this apartment, given some negative experience of previous tourists, we asked in advance to stay on the 2nd floor in the opposite direction from the road.

Good afternoon, dear tourists, I would like to share with you my impressions about my vacation in Greece, Kassandra, Nikiti village, Alexanika apartments. We stayed for two weeks from the end of June to the beginning of July 2017. We booked accommodation through the travel agency Mouzenidis, after reading rave reviews about this apartment, given some negative experience of previous tourists, we asked in advance to stay on the 2nd floor in the opposite direction from the road. Mouzenidis contacted the owner of the hotel, Pavel Khoroshev, and he assured that, if possible, he would settle according to our requirements. Three days before our departure from Novosibirsk, the request was repeated, but Khoroshev left no comments. Upon arrival, we were settled in room 4 on the first floor, in the immediate vicinity of the reception (first photo) with a view from the window at the entrance to the reception (second photo, the window of our room is on the right, on the left is the entrance door to the house). To our question about the reasons for such a settlement, the following answers were received: From Khoroshev "I said that we would settle if possible, but there was no possibility"; from Mouzenides in the person of the hotel guide Roman and the regional representative: "Your accommodation on the second floor is not specified in the contract with us and from a legal point of view you cannot make a claim to us, we do not have the possibility of moving you to another room or another place", this was the first and last meeting with representatives of Mouzenidis, we did not see anyone else throughout the rest. Yes, at this meeting, the hotel guide slipped us a price list with prices for excursions and said that if we were interested, we could call him.
In our opinion, there are several nuances for the rest in the apartments, for which you should be prepared:
Room 4 is located in close proximity to the reception and the entrance to the building, you hear everything that happens nearby and you feel uncomfortable with the window open, the room is dark and damp, with poor supply and exhaust ventilation. All 19 rooms in the hotel have excellent sound transmission, you can hear all your neighbors perfectly. If the neighbors constantly smoke, as was the case in our case, all the smoke is in your room. This cottage stands on the corner of two dusty village streets, one of them with heavy traffic, and when you open the gate, you immediately find yourself on the road, there is no pedestrian zone. The building is located in the middle of the village, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea. Cleaning of the room 1 time per week for "fuck off", change of towels 2 times a week on request. Living was reminiscent of life in a large communal apartment, in our opinion, it was not possible to fully relax. The Mouzenidis travel agency has this house as an exclusive offer, which is not entirely clear given the large number of beautiful apartments for rent on the first line along the embankment of the village.
