PROS: huge, quiet, protected area. Clean sea and beach. Nice view from the window. Excellent operator (we were with Mouzenidis). A large selection of excursions for any budget and interest, near a small town (you can easily walk in 30-35 minutes),
CONS: The hotel has poor food. In a Mediterranean country, you want to try more seafood dishes. All this is, but not in this hotel. Unfriendly employees in bars. Bad attitude towards tourists who have "all inclusive" (as freeloaders). First of all, they serve customers who pay "live" money, and did not transfer them in advance for an all-inclusive vacation. The rooms are old and made in the style of a la 90s. On our floor (4th) there was always an unpleasant musty smell in the corridor. The bathroom is also quite "tired". On weekends, many Greeks come, who constantly shout a lot and quarrel with the staff over every trifle. The hotel does not have wristbands, so all-inclusive travelers need to carry their room key card at all times, which is also the "key" to food and drink at the beach bar. All sights (except Athos) are very far away.
TIP: don't take all inclusive. Enough breakfast. You can eat tasty and not expensive in the town of Neo-Marmaras or on the way to it in mini-hotels and coastal establishments. The portions here are simply huge (I like to eat well and a lot, so here's a portion of salad that's enough for two!!! ). Be sure (if the budget allows) to fly to Santorini (white houses, beautiful views, black sand, etc. ). You will not regret. True, in the summer months it is a little hot, but still it's worth it. Alternatively, go on a kayak tour. Physical activity is not great. You will see small beautiful bays and you can swim with a mask there (and during the break, the guide will feed you a delicious lunch. We really liked it. There is no “Turkish” animation in the hotel, so plan excursions every other day. It will not be tiring and boring. The rest will not be boring.
