Hey! We rested at the Village Mare for the first time, although we had already been to Greece. Before the trip, of course read the various reviews. Now I would like to share my impressions of this hotel. Start over. We arrived very early, it took an hour and a half to get to the hotel. The hotel is located on the peninsula of Sithonia. We were assured that it is the most picturesque of the three peninsulas of Halkidiki, which we later saw for ourselves! Before that, they rested on Kassandra. Check-in at the hotel was supposed to be after 14.00, but we were very lucky, our room was already ready and we were immediately given the keys. We booked a maisonette (two-story room). The good-natured Russian-speaking girl Marina at the reception made us a pleasant surprise - she placed us in a new building (although we were warned at the agency that this would be as lucky). Nevertheless, after talking with other tourists, we found out that the “old” buildings are also not bad. Don't be discouraged if it doesn't work out like ours. We were given a room overlooking the pool. At first we were a little upset because we thought it would be noisy. But no! The hotel is generally very quiet and peaceful. Although it wasn't boring either. . Entertainment programs are held several times a week: Greek evening, live music, sports competitions. During the holiday, the child had a birthday. Restaurant manager Andreas helped organize a small celebration. I ordered a cake (of course for an extra charge), beautifully set the table in the restaurant at dinner, helped with the purchase of balls. Little things, but nice! It is clear that the guests are taken care of. In general, the entire staff of the hotel is very accommodating. Every request is answered quickly and kindly. Well done! Special thanks to the chef at the restaurant. Kitchen at the highest level. They cook very tasty and with soul! Of course, most of all rejoiced at the seafood. The beach at the hotel is good. You need to walk a little to get there, but not far. Sun loungers and umbrellas for an extra charge, but there are no beach towels at all! Keep this in mind, you need to bring it with you. A huge plus is the cleanest air! As soon as we got off the bus, we immediately felt it! In general, I can say that we had a wonderful rest! I recommend this hotel to everyone if you want privacy and tranquility.
