This summer, I chose a beautiful country with picturesque landscapes, Greece.
I rested on the Halkidiki peninsula on the periphery of central Macedonia.
The trip was from 08.06. 25 to 16.06. 25.
My girlfriend and I with children, as always, turned to the travel agency "Scandia Tour" to Steshenko Stanislav. Stanislav offered us a beautiful hotel "METAMORFOSI VILLAGE MARE" Metamorfosi Sithonia.
We traveled by bus for 1.5 days. I want to say that the carrier that the tour operator provided us with is simply great. E. Line Taur drivers, thank you very much, despite the fact that we were standing at the border, the drivers brought us to Thessaloniki on time where the transfer met us.
A little about the hotel "VILLAGE MARE" the hotel itself operates on an all-inclusive system, it is family-friendly, so anyone with small children here, I recommend it.
The hotel itself is not big, it has two swimming pools, one for children and the other for adults. There is a bar where you can drink a glass of water, juice, eat ice cream and drink various soft and alcoholic drinks for free. The bar is open from 8:00 to 24:00. When adults are in the bar, an animator and a lifeguard will look after the children, so adults do not need to worry about their children.
There are many different slot machines for children, as well as a children's room where the animator plays various games with the children.
Meals are three times a day, there are snacks and afternoon snacks, so if you get hungry you can have a snack. There are two restaurants where you can eat for free.
Breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30, lunch from 13:00 to 15:00, dinner from 19:30 to 21:30. They gave meat, fish, dairy products, various salads, fruits, sweets, although there is not a very large selection, but you definitely will not stay hungry.
The rooms in the hotel are clean, tidy, there is everything you need, a hairdryer, soap, shower gel.
The staff is friendly, if you speak English well, you will communicate. The administrators at the reception are simply wonderful, they will always help you.
The sea is amazing with its transparency, I only recommend taking corals with you, without them you will not go into the sea, because there are pebbles.
On the beach there is sand, sun loungers are paid 5 euros for 1 sun lounger for the whole day. If you do not want to pay, you can lie down on your towel on the hot sand.
In the evening you can take a 30-minute walk to the town of Metamorfosi, where there are many interesting shops to buy souvenirs for your relatives.
We took a city tour to the evening of Thessaloniki, I recommend it. We went on a boat trip on the sea, walked around the city, then they took us to a restaurant, it all cost us €70 per person.
