Good hotel for a relaxing holiday. Delicious pine air, clean sea, normal food. In favor of the hotel is the variety of countries from where they come here to rest - mostly Germans, Italians and the Croats themselves, but with us there were even Indians here. There are few Russians.
Location and territory
"surrounded by a pine forest. " Not true. There are really a lot of pines on the territory of the hotel, but this is not a forest and there are almost none outside the hotel. There is nowhere to play. The territory of the hotel is large and green, but it is located on a steep slope, so there is, in fact, only a small path along the coast, a car entrance and many stairs. Surrounded by various apartments and country houses. At the exit of the hotel there is a small grocery store, which is convenient, as well as a restaurant (we did not use it, so there is nothing to say). There is also a bus stop from which you can easily and inexpensively travel to the nearby town of Omiš , as well as to Split or somewhere else. Buses run frequently, on schedule (a printout can be taken at the hotel reception), but it is not always executed accurately (for example, the bus from Split, when we went there, left 40 minutes late).

On the territory of the hotel, in addition to the main building with a restaurant, the "villa" building, apartments and bungalows, there is a small pool, a football and basketball field, a playground for playing "French balls", a small poor playground (a pair of old small swings and a metal structure "steam locomotive" ). The pool bar did not work at all, and the beach bar offered drinks and ice cream for a fee. In the main building there is a room with inexpensive slot machines - from interesting air hockey and billiards.
Number
We lived in bungalows - separate houses with two rooms each. The room is quite spacious, a comfortable wide bed, a bath in the bathroom, and there is even a kitchen unit with a refrigerator, stove, dishes. The window is almost the entire wall. Near the street area with a table and chairs. The bungalows are as far as possible from the main building of the hotel and from the restaurant, so it is especially quiet and calm here. Daily unobtrusive cleaning while guests have breakfast. The only thing is that some bungalows have windows overlooking the road, so you can’t really open them so as not to be under the eyes of strangers. However, at the first request we were moved to another room with a view of the sea and pine trees.
Beach and pools
The beach is pebbly, along the entire territory of the hotel. Purely. Small green crabs hide among the stones and many spotted and striped fish swim - however, they are not colored. My husband saw sea urchins only once somewhere in the depths. Depth starts quickly. Pine trees provide shade (it was important for us, since a six-month-old baby cannot be kept in the sun), but mostly in the morning. It is possible to find a shadow further, but it is difficult. There are only two souls - at the pool and next to the main building of the hotel. The pool is small and rectangular. There is also a tiny incomprehensible round pool. It is very small, with a fairly powerful side jet of water. The water in the showers and in both pools is very cold (probably, in principle, without heating. The sea is even warmer), so it is almost impossible to use the pools.
Nutrition

Generally good. Lots of different meats, vegetables, fruits, desserts. For dinner, among other things, ice cream and homemade pizzas are offered. Soft drinks are powdery, but not bad (do not compare with Turkish all-inclusive drinks). The only big drawback is the lack of a banal cooler with cold and hot water. I really don’t have enough : -( Boiling water for tea can only be obtained from coffee machines, which are turned on only at breakfast and five-hour tea drinking, but even then queues line up for it, as there are people who want coffee or chocolate, which take time to prepare. there is coffee at lunch, but for some reason there is no tea at all, at dinner there are no hot drinks at all. This is very unpleasant, perhaps the main disadvantage of the hotel as a whole.
The variety of dishes is moderate - for breakfast, in addition to standard eggs, sausages, bacon, cheese-sausage-ham and cereal, cottage cheese is offered, which is great. But not enough vegetables. Lunch and dinner are nearly identical (other than pizza and ice cream for dinner) - a couple of soups with almost no grounds; fresh tomatoes-cucumbers-lettuce-sometimes peppers, pickled beets-peppers-sometimes cucumbers; pasta, potatoes, stew, boiled fish, sometimes meatballs, tomato sauce; compotes, fruits (for some reason, almost entirely exotic and clearly not local - oranges-bananas-kiwi-apples); simple cakes, puddings. Spices are almost not used, there are few dishes with complex composition, almost no fried foods. In addition, in addition to ketchup and mayonnaise, olives, butter, grated cheese are offered, which is nice.
And drinks I would like to mention cocoa, hot chocolate, hot milk (adjustable), delicious packaged herbal teas. For five o'clock tea, only a tray with standard simple store-bought cookies is given. Outside of the main meals, you can take refreshing drinks (three adjustable "nectars", three lemonades, water), beer, wine, spirits (I, as a nursing mother, do not drink at all, my husband does not consume strong drinks either, but I spoke about beer and wine, so-so, but you can drink).
Very pleased with the lunch boxes. Juice, apple, tomato, chocolate cream, bread and, most importantly, breaded meat.
Animation and service
Animation leaves the impression of a very simple and homegrown, but with a soul. We did not participate in the evening programs, but in the morning we enjoyed playing bochu - French balls, and board games. However, they have very few games, and the balls are plastic for children. All this was done by two very nice girls.
The staff is very kind and friendly. Arising problems are honestly trying to solve, to answer questions. Everything is very unobtrusive, but quite on the level.
Outcome

The hotel is good. Considering the low price, it's just perfect. Although not without some minor flaws. The only major drawback is the lack of a cooler with boiling water.
