Yes, I liked the hotel and the stay in Croatia in general. For those who go there, I can give some useful advice. The main feeling is a quiet pacification. They were actually following him. About the hotel: friendly staff (there was one stern waiter in the restaurant), clean, freshly renovated, poor territory of the hotel itself, the room is not 100%, cramped and not all the furniture is good, the kitchen is solid, but without frills (the monotony of breakfast and sometimes pleasant surprises in dinner), poor animation - although the guys are enthusiastic (they have little experience).
Car rental is more expensive than, for example, in Spain. We took a fiat punto - it cost us 500 kunas (100 USD).
The sea is clean, although not comfortable for those who are barefoot (stone and slab are not the most comfortable entrance). There are few living creatures - they caught one shrimp, several crabs and three or four species of fish.

About excursions - Plitvice Lakes are worth seeing, but it is better not to go there with a guide and with reference to the team and the bus. You can not run through them on your own, but take a normal walk, take pictures of the beauty of nature (I liked it very much).
In general, if you are looking for good service, quiet peace, the beauties of nature and European medieval towns with their street coffee shops - you are here. This is not to mention nudism (if you like).
P. S. Local beer is more expensive than in the Czech Republic, and at the same time it is not distinguished by sophistication, but Istra wines are good. And plum brandy with medica and herbs is also very good.
