The hotel is located 100 meters from the beach and is surrounded by a well-groomed park. The lively town of Poreč with a variety of bars, restaurants and the UNESCO-listed Euphrasian Basilica is 2 km away. Nearby there is a stop of local buses going to Poreč. The hotel is ideal for families with children.More →

We lived in a bungalow on the territory of the hotel - among spacious lawns and huge cedars. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the mass of flowering plants. There is a playground, some kind of children's animation (however, in our opinion, animators for children are weak). The interior of the rooms... is not better, but not worse than in the photo on the hotel website, so no complaints. Towels were changed and the room cleaned every day. There are no air conditioners in the bungalow, but they are really not needed - even at plus 36 in the shade of cedars it is comfortable.
Nutrition... nutrition is a separate issue, just some kind of holiday. This is not a buffet, this is a Swedish feast. We had a tour with half board (breakfast + dinner) - so sometimes we had to limit ourselves at breakfast if we planned to try some food somewhere in restaurants during the day.
I won’t say anything about the pool - it is there, the area around it is washed daily (we saw it ourselves), but we didn’t use it - it’s stupid when the warm and clean sea is 50 meters away.
в отеле много народу отдыхает с собаками. но правила строгие - собаки на поводке, на детскую площадку ни-ни, а какашки - в пакетик

If the house is in the shade of a tree and is turned to the east, then the roof and terrace are in the shade all the time - you can live. Birds - seagulls - start screaming loudly at 5 am. On the third night, you get used to it. It is 30 meters to the neighboring quadruple house. There is no refrigerator. But on the other hand, proximity to nature, direct access to the sea and courts, the Konzum store and a bunch of cafes in the other direction. By the way, the wine is called Malvasia. But Muscat is sweeter. The market wine is cheap and bad. The store is more expensive and better. Room 3 * - not very new, but clean and spacious. Dining at the Laguna Park 4 * hotel is beyond praise. There are no beaches as such - concrete platforms with stairs, but the sea is extraordinary clean. To enter the sea, you need special slippers - they are sold in each shop for 300 rubles. Between the Laguna Park and Materada hotels there is a small pebble beach with a normal entry into the sea. Behind Materada, the forest goes straight to the sea - you can sit on the grass. Poreč.30 min walk. The locomotive saves energy, but not time. Excursions can be bought directly at the office of the local Atlas travel agency at the reception (there is also an exchanger), the price is the same as on the beach, but they give you a receipt, and if something changes, they will find and warn you in advance (the guide is 2 times more expensive). The guide took only the "Mosaic of Istra" - a detailed story about history, customs, etc. with a visit to several characteristic towns and a national dinner. If there is a Schengen - you can drive to Venice. One-day march 56 euros from the nose, 5 hours of pure time in the city. We visited Pula, Rovinj - bus from the bus station at 9-00. Ask for a ticket back and forth ("return card") - 40% discount - but upon arrival at your destination, find out the bus schedule back of this particular company (we always got on Avtotrans) - this ticket is not valid for another carrier. It makes sense to take a car if there are more than 2 people and not in a hotel, but in the city. On the roads, mostly Germans-Italians do not drive in their cars. Evening animation - no, went to Materada (800 meters) - more fun. We went into the room in the main building Laguna Park 4 * - small, without a balcony, but with air conditioning and a refrigerator.

We stayed at this hotel from June 25 to July 2. I wanted to write a review because the enthusiastic responses caused surprise. For advisers to look for one positive, I’ll just say that I love Croatia, I’m learning the language and I plan to study and live in this country in the future, so initially I was waiting for a meeting with this country with joy. … More ▾ We stayed at this hotel from June 25 to July 2. I wanted to write a review because the enthusiastic responses caused surprise. For advisers to look for one positive, I’ll just say that I love Croatia, I’m learning the language and I plan to study and live in this country in the future, so initially I was waiting for a meeting with this country with joy. Prior to that, she had a rest both in Europe and other parts of the world. In Croatia, we were in Brela (Beruliya Hotel) and Dubrovnik (President Hotel).
Nature. Istria immediately surprised with more gloomy faces of the population and arrogance than the same Dalmatia. The region seemed unkempt, although the town of Porec itself is cute. But other parts of Croatia are full of such lovely towns. There is no particular European charm, and prices are twice as high as in other resorts. Well-maintained villas alternate with piles of ruins or rubbish. Sea-platforms, but they were ready for this. Water turquoise on heated pebbles, inherent in the Makarska Riviera, or expanse, decorated with sailing yachts, which is typical for Dubrovnik, is not here. We knew that too. But they were not ready for the abundance of used toilet paper found in the sea in front of the ladders from which they descend into the water. Right across from Laguna Park. Brr. . . A new friend who lives there explained that the mud flows here from Italy, from the river Po. The hotel has no grounds (it's all a pool), the booklets flatter the place. The hotel is across a very busy road. The beach is a red-hot solid slab. The closest acceptable place is the clearing of the Laguna Materada hotel (about 15 minutes walk from the Park in the heat, by the way).
It is still a mystery to us HOW a viper like Park got 4 stars, and Materada got all three, although Park is no match for her. For example, when we checked in, there was no soap in our room (a cheap jar of soap was empty). They also believe that good service is only slippers in a tiny, pig-colored room, but people clean their ears only on the day of arrival. As well as wipe cosmetics from the face (sticks and sponges were put once). They NEVER vacuumed or washed the floor, the "test" hair lay on the sink for five days, until they washed it off themselves.
Staff. We didn't understand where the friendliness started in this hotel. They noted "frostbite" and insincerity. They settled in a wing without an elevator, 3rd floor (people of the age, one of whom had a recently broken arm, a fresh scar on the entire elbow). On the morning of departure, to a request to the resepshin to help lower heavy suitcases, they answered that 7 am is too early for a bill-boy. I said that the second woman from the company had an injured arm, and that the hotel does not have an elevator, no one writes in the reviews. At the reception there was a healthy, mustachioed young man and no less broad-shouldered security guard. The mustachioed sarcastically replied that his back hurt, and the guard generally suffers from sciatica. It is strange how people with such diagnoses were hired for such a job. They kindly offered me a cart a la rotunda for transporting my suitcases. How I was supposed to drag a structure taller than me without an elevator to the 3rd floor and lower my suitcases down the stairs, they did not explain to me.
Yes, there are no beach towels. There are no balconies either, everything dried in the room. Animation is seen only during meals.
In general, the hotel was most worried about how not to strain and not suffer financially. For example, so that not a single bun was taken out of the canteen (not to be confused with a restaurant! ), They were forced to leave bags at the entrance. The maî tre d' was not impressed that I had the medicines and money I needed there. Sitting at the table, you could hear the remark that you are not eating like that (for example, I enjoyed breakfast, reading the morning newspaper, they made me a remark !!! ). We tried not to engage in dialogues with the staff. But the remark itself made me laugh, considering that all vacationers even go to dinner in shorts and / OR PANTS. The canteen itself, like the hotel, resembles a place for children's matinees - pig pink color prevails. Chairs as in the Soviet film about Pinocchio. The contingent - those who did not have enough in Sochi, those who sent their unloved mother-in-law with children away for inexpensive, large families of countries adjacent to Istria. Those who are not a pensioner with a grandson and not a large couple with babies are those who are pregnant. This whole anthill three times a day began to express itself with all its voices and push around the dishes and sweep everything away within 15 minutes after opening. By the way, I didn’t immediately go for breakfast or dinner - you need to look for a table for a long time. True, one day we come to our table with drinks - and there, moving our freshly filled plates, other people are sitting: grandmother, grandfather and granddaughter. We made the eyebrows a house, they did not react. We moved silently. Without impudence in this hotel, apparently, in any way. Or it's a special place for people who don't have high expectations or manners. For the guest book was full of thank you entries. True, half of them are written in children's handwriting.
Food. In general, not bad. But it is noticed that the food is updated exactly at the end of the meal. It is understood that this is not eaten, and the food is served the next time. The menu, except for the Istrian dinner, was repeated every day, and dinner is always an extended lunch. At lunch there is no tea or coffee for desserts. There is no coffee for dinner.
In general, this is the most awkward and unfriendly hotel of all that have previously been visited. It is STRICTLY forbidden to people traveling to Croatia for the first time: you can get a false impression of the country or spoil it for yourself for life.

Accommodation +4, because we lived in villas, after 23 pm, for 8 days, our room was infested with ants. there were a lot of them. Do not be too lazy to go to the reception, ask for a spray. You will be given it. But it smells so bad that it's impossible to sleep after it, but the ants died in 30 seconds. . . In general, living in a house is comfortable for two, romantic. Birds sing in the morning =) a peaceful place for the soul) The hotel area is pleasant, well-groomed. There is where to walk, there are cafes for a week, and a supermarket. with normal prices for wine) we really liked the wine is "Teran" and "Malaysia" white. Excursions are expensive, we went to 2 of the coolest ones. These are lakes. The road will immediately say this is the only one. minus, especially back. And the 2nd excursion is the cave "Baredine-Rovinj". We liked it very much, at 6 pm we were already on the beach. A man walks on the beach, sells a boat trip to Rovinj, our friends took it, did not regret it, and it costs 3 times cheaper from him than from the guide! the beach is concrete, the water is fabulously clean! service +5. top notch service. There is little entertainment. These are only 2 clubs in Poreč . where local kids hang out. There is little animation in the hotel. Yes, and boring. There was one a week, fun. I put 4, because there is tennis. courts, catamaran on the sea, not expensive. there is something to do) I advise!

Rested with my sister in Istria, Porec, hotel LAGUNA PARK (4 *). In Croatia for the first time, but we are experienced tourists, we have been to many places, so we can judge both the country and the hotel by comparing it with previous trips. Impressions from the country, from Istria are simply unforgettable! The hotel deserves the title of 5-star (Egyptian 5+ hotels are not even close, not to mention Turkey! ), Service and maintenance at a very high European level, and as for the variety of cuisine (European, Italian, Croatian), it is very difficult I had to resist the desire to taste everything they were fed there. … More ▾ Rested with my sister in Istria, Porec, hotel LAGUNA PARK (4 *). For lovers of plump and delicious food, this is just a paradise, believe me! The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and courteous, there is an administrator who speaks Russian. By the way, Russians in the hotel can be counted on one hand, mostly Germans, Austrians and Italians rest, many are married couples and with small children, so it’s quiet, decent and boring for young people, so there are no young people there. In Croatia, I was struck by amazing cleanliness, reasonable prices and excellent service. And nature. . . this is heaven on earth, as the Croats themselves say, and I agree, especially Plivitsa. I advise everyone to go on an excursion to Plivica to the lakes and waterfalls - an unforgettable experience! And more about the location of the hotel: it is very well located in a park area (a park of pines and larch along the seashore), the first line, the sea is clean and near the wonderful old town of Porec, which is a 20-minute leisurely walk through the park. One minus is the beach is small, concrete, descents into the sea from the pontoon, but along the beaches there is a line of lawns, where you can also sunbathe and relax. And not a single mote ANYWHERE! We left with a feeling of great gratitude to the restaurant and hotel staff, which we wrote to them in the guest book, as well as with a bunch of photos, souvenirs, great mood and a couple of kilograms of excess weight (it was simply impossible to resist).... .
