I ordered and paid for the tour in the Kiev travel agency "Saga", and went from the Kiev travel company "Center". I was shocked by the disgusting hotel Punta (Vodice, Sibenik district), which left unpleasant memories for life! The hotel does not correspond to 4 * on many points: 1) the rooms were not cleaned for 5 days even once; 2) soap and shampoo were not provided, 3) the bakery products in the restaurant were not fresh, 4) the attitude of the reception staff was dismissive and arrogant, including the general manager, when he heard about the claims; 5) THE MOST TERRIBLE - after the first night, the consequences of bites were found on the body, which terribly itched and inflamed, and which turned out to be a consequence of the presence of BED BUGS IN THE BED (by the way, I saw them personally and even caught! One) !! ! I had to seek the help of a local doctor for personal money, because. neither the hotel staff nor the representative of the travel company "Center" did not agree with the recognition of the FACT OF BED BITES, although the bite marks were terrible for me and for everyone around! Every new morning I had new bites (on all open areas of the body and face! )!! ! My state of health was depressed, people shied away from me in the restaurant and on the beach, and the whole vacation turned into a nightmare!! !
