Since this hotel was presented everywhere on the Internet as 4 *, they agreed easily and quickly! And how cruelly we were punished for our gullibility! Dirty, covered in stains. The whole room is smoky, the repair is ancient, and it was so disgusting to be there that karaulllllllllll! When our guide Olga came to the info meeting and we began to complain that this was not 4 *! Where were we placed? And is it possible to rest in Europe in such conditions? She quickly cooled our temper and said that your managers who sent you here to rest knew perfectly well what they were doing. Since they have a full layout for the settlement. The vacation was ruined! Believe me, it's not even about the lack of chic, pompous furniture and a beautiful view from the window. The fact is that I want to spend a week just a week of vacation in human conditions! What would not be sick of the dirty carpet and there was no feeling of disgust to everything you touch.... The pool is a separate not comforting topic. During the week of our stay, I have never seen it cleaned!! ! All the needles, the cones that fly from the pines, all into the water, all into the pool! Horror! Beach. . . it just doesn't exist! We must walk. . . to the city beach for a swim. Some crazy concrete platforms were concreted directly into the sea, there are no sun loungers, no umbrellas on them! A nightmare! And then also pull. The sea is of course clean, you will not say anything. But how do you get into it? Stones, cobblestones. The food is normal. But finishes - paid drinks at dinner. In the evening, apart from walking along the embankment, there is nowhere to put yourself! Boring! Every evening the same walks. . . All in all, I would not recommend this hotel! Did not like!

The elevator is old, often floundering and overshooting between floors, I haven’t seen such for a long time, it’s scary to think of what years it is. Peeling paint on the walls with smudges along the corridors, dirty carpets on the floor. The room is even worse! A tiny room, the same dirty carpet covered in stains on the floor, the shower stall leaks in the bathroom, because all the seams rotted and mold appeared, and every time after taking a shower, it was necessary to clean up the water on the floor. No hint of bathrobes, beach towels, etc. pleasant little things that should be in a 4 * hotel. The plumbing in the shower room was also battered and refused to work well, since at least there was hot water. . There was no cover on the bed in the room and there was nothing to fill the bed with, we had to lie on the straightened bed, the sheets were in holes and obviously had not been changed even once during the whole time that we were there (or maybe they just have all the linen there so tattered). The curtains on the windows are torn, a tiny TV is also from the 80s and there are no Russian channels, there is no free Internet corner either, you have to pay 40 kunas for an hour of using the Internet. (and this is a 4 * hotel, which does not even have a free Internet corner?!?!? ). The ceiling in the room and in the bathroom is also with peeling plaster. We were in 2 rooms in 2 villas and everywhere there were such terrible conditions!! ! This is for hotel rooms. Now about the beach. From the hotel, the beach is a concrete slab in the form of a honeycomb sticking out of the water. The descent into the seas from some was quite problematic due to the abundance of sharp stones at the bottom (so you need to take rubber slippers with you for swimming or already buy them on the spot). There were also small pebbly beaches, but it took 15-20 minutes to walk to them, but there were a lot of people, respectively. There are no umbrellas anywhere on the beach, even for hire! But the sea was clean and the beaches didn’t seem to be so dirty. The territory of the hotel (the vaunted pine trees, which are not so many as they are praised in advertising brochures) was not cleaned, garbage and broken bottles were constantly lying around, because at night young people liked to drink and yell in those pine trees. Now about food. They don’t even give water for dinner, all drinks must be bought for money !!! ! And just in time for dinner, all dishes are very salted to stimulate the purchase of drinks, the price of which is 2 times higher than the price in any store on the waterfront. Here is such a vacation was in Croatia. I'm very disappointed, it's not worth the money I spent! ! The only plus in Croatia is clear water and a very beautiful excursion to the Plitvetsky lakes. I will never go there again and I do not advise others, I feel sorry for my nerves and money.

The hotel does not correspond to 4 * on many points: 1) the rooms were not cleaned for 5 days even once; 2) soap and shampoo were not provided, 3) the bakery products in the restaurant were not fresh, 4) the attitude of the reception staff was dismissive and arrogant, including the general manager, when he heard about the claims; 5) THE MOST TERRIBLE - after the first night, the consequences of bites were found on the body, which terribly itched and inflamed, and which turned out to be a consequence of the presence of BED BUGS IN THE BED (by the way, I saw them personally and even caught!
