Good hotel. Everything is clean, comfortable, efficient and helpful staff, good location - in the city center. The food is excellent - eco-products from our own farm and our own cooking. Rested from 6 to 19 November 2016. INFRASTRUCTURE. The hotel consists of 2 buildings - Main and New. The buildings are located across a small road, there is no warm transition (vacationers usually go from building to building right in their bathrobes). Guests staying at the hotel can use the entire infrastructure in both buildings for free, regardless of the building in which they live. For an additional fee, only what is not initially included in the price of accommodation - bowling, conference room, etc. In the main building there is a restaurant, a treatment center, wellness, bowling. In the New building - wellness, children's playroom, salt room, conference rooms, cosmetology. Throughout the hotel there is free Wi-Fi, although it is certainly weak, but still works. RESTAURANT. I included half board in the price, breakfasts and dinners were held in the restaurant. Lunch can be ordered from the menu. Prices, respectively, restaurant - not the highest in the city, but not low. Better to eat in the city, for a change. The food is wonderful, everything is very tasty, for 2 weeks there was never a time to take food and not eat it just because it was not tasty. There is not much variety, but this is not Turkey and not all inclusive. You definitely won’t stay hungry, we were more afraid for the figure - everything is so tasty that we ate more each time than we wanted. For breakfast, a standard set - scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, 2 types of cereals - semolina and oatmeal, kefir, cottage cheese, all sorts of muesli, etc. , cheese, sausage. Well, as usual in Hungary, there are many types of lard and boiled pork for breakfast. For dessert - a couple of types of buns with jam and a cake. From drinks - tea, coffee of different types from the coffee machine. There are natural juices and drinks, as well as a juicer and fruit and vegetables, so guests can quickly make their own freshly squeezed juice from what they like. There are also several types of jams. Guests are served a glass of champagne for breakfast. For dinner, there are always 2-3 types of meat, there is always fish, and 2-3 soups. Side dishes - potatoes, rice, boiled vegetables. And although drinks, as always in Europe, are not included in the price of dinner, there is always tea in the restaurant for dinner, which of course pleases. The main feature of the food at the hotel is that most of the products are produced on their own farm. And they make their own jams, and juices, and much more. So these are really bio-products, environmentally friendly. And, of course, very tasty. They also bake their own bread and desserts. Well done, what can I say. WELLNESS - in the main building there are 2 indoor thermal pools with different water temperatures and a jacuzzi in the middle, a sauna, a hammam, a pool with water 18 degrees, ice, an infrared sauna (located in the winter garden) and a winter garden with sunbeds and blankets where you can lie down and relax. There is an outdoor swimming pool. The water in the thermal pools is not diluted, it changes daily (ours were checked one night). It is undesirable for children under 14 to be in these pools. In the New Building, the indoor thermal pool is diluted with water, especially so that children can swim. Also in the new building there is an outdoor thermal pool with undiluted water, a sauna, a hammam. There is no indoor swimming pool at the hotel. I read in the reviews that the water in the thermal pools in the Main Building is dirty, there is hair, etc. I have not seen anything like this in 2 weeks, and the water is clean and everywhere in the wellness is also clean. SALT ROOM - located in the New Building, to the right of the reception, through the children's playroom. Admission is free for hotel guests. You need to come dry and sit for 1 hour, preferably daily for 10 days. There are also flowerpots with water in the room, in which you can dip your hands to strengthen your nails. The room is almost always open, so you can come in the evening after dinner, but then you sleep well. If the light is not turned on, you can ask the reception to turn it on, or open the white square door near the front door yourself and turn the rightmost switch up. TREATMENT - is carried out in the Main building of the hotel. The treatment center of the hotel is a branch of the city hospital, which means that when buying a treatment package, the price will be the same as in the city hospital, and you will be given the same treatment card. Based on this card, you will have free admission to the city hospital and baths, you just need to present the card at the entrance to the hospital (although you have to go to the cashier there every day and they make some marks, but it’s fast). Also, using this card, you can enter and exit the city bath-hospital 2 times a day. And every day on this card they give out from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16 hours for free or 1 bottle of local mineral water (0.5 liters) or a glass of herbal tea. You can get it in a cafe located in the area of indoor thermal pools inside the building of the mountains. clinics (a little behind the pools, where there are sun loungers). Here are some unexpected delights. In the hotel itself, mud therapy procedures, magnetotherapy, laser therapy, massages, galvanotherapy are carried out. Everyone is doing well. The hotel does not do spinal traction. But, since it is a branch of the mountains. hospitals, then if you need an extract, you must inform the doctor about this during the examination, she will immediately look at you and prescribe this procedure for you. As a result, you will pay for it at the hotel, and you need to visit the procedure itself in the city hospital. An additional examination by a doctor in the hospital is no longer required. You come to the procedure with that honey. card given by the hotel. The hotel also has a service of scanning the body for viruses, bacteria, pathogens, etc. on the Swiss F-Scan device, as well as treatment for all this (if found). The price is quite adequate, you need to contact the reception, the owner of the hotel does this personally. It took me about 30 euros for the diagnosis along with the treatment, there were 3 sessions. The result is difficult to evaluate, but I think it was worth a try. In addition, it is unlikely that a person who owns a huge hotel for some reason needs to earn these 30 euros from me. I also know that local residents also go to him for this diagnosis, which adds confidence to me personally and can be considered as a recommendation - the town is small, everyone knows each other. It would be something bad - no one would go. CONCLUSIONS. * Good hotel, comfortable. I had a standard room booked, and without any additional payments and conversations, they settled me in a superior. Based on the reviews on various sites, it seems that this situation is quite common - when the hotel has free rooms, it is easy to accommodate guests in better rooms. Since I was in November, there are few people, so almost everyone with whom I spoke with at the hotel had this situation. * The staff is quite helpful, but this hotel has one more feature - this is the owner of the hotel, he is also the immediate supervisor. He is always at the hotel. It can be seen every day. So if some issue could not be resolved at the reception, you can safely go to the owner, he is a completely adequate person and quickly resolves all issues. Knows a little Russian. * There are sometimes 2 employees at the reception who speak Russian (they are from Ukraine), but not every day. There are almost always staff members who speak average English. There are several people in the restaurant who speak Russian. In general, the staff tries somehow to understand us, Russian speakers, and if there is no one with knowledge of the Russian language, then the reception staff call either a restaurant employee, or call the guide or someone else who knows Russian, and with the help of such a telephone translator trying to resolve the issue. And in the lobby of the hotel every day there are representatives of the Russian travel agency "1000 roads" (the company's office is also nearby), and if you came through this travel agency, the guide will help you in everything and translate wherever you need (including the doctor, if need to take treatment). And if you are traveling on your own, having booked a hotel, for example, through booking. com or through the hotel website (these 2 options are sometimes cheaper than going through a travel agency), then you can negotiate with 1000 Roads about the services of an interpreter, and don’t forget about different translation programs on your phone, for example, the Google translator program. She helped me. * By choosing a building for living, I made the following conclusion for myself. In the warm season, it doesn’t matter where you live, you can easily walk in a bathrobe everywhere. In the cold season (from November to March inclusive), living in the New Building will have to go every time in the cold to the Main Building for breakfast and dinner, as well as for all medical procedures. In addition, indoor thermal pools with healing water are also located in the Main Building. Sitting in the thermal pool outside (in the wellness of the New Building) can be very uncomfortable when it's cold outside. So, personally, it is more comfortable for me to live in the Main Building during the cold season. I love this "life in a dressing gown". )))* The hotel has a very competent pricing policy - you can find a very attractive price if you search well. For the low season or with early booking, the price is lower than that of all hotels in the city, despite the fact that the level of service here is very high.
