I want to share my impressions about my vacation in Bali. Bali is one of the most beautiful places on earth, which my husband and I were convinced of after spending almost 3 weeks there! We rested at the Grand Bali Beach Hotel in Sanur, of course, the hotel does not pull for 5 stars, but the amount for a double room with excellent service, good breakfast and a beautiful view (on the one hand the ocean, on the other an amazing garden and pool) was $60 per day. Thanks to one wonderful couple - Valyusha and Alita, who gave us a unique vacation and helped us not only decide on a hotel, but also draw up a program of stay, taking into account our wishes and their own advice.

I'm sure everyone will find something special in Bali. There are indeed many places worth visiting and admiring. I would like to note that the guys tried to make the trips as rich and interesting as possible with many stops for photos.

I really liked the Besakih temple - the most important and largest temple in Bali, a trip to the rice fields, and on the way back - a check-in to a beautiful park with natural hot jacuzzis and a beautiful pool among palm trees; of course, we visited Uluwatu and Tana Lot and Bedugul with Lake Bratan, the Bird and Reptile Park (we got special pleasure from photos with different living creatures), the village of Ubud with their masters and tried the famous Luwak coffee, monkey park. I can say that these are well-known places and really very visited by tourists, so the guys advised to see something special and even take part in Hindu rituals! Therefore, we saw a huge monument of Garuda Vishnu, which, by the way, is on the way to Uluwat, bathed in holy springs with local visitors in the town of Tampaksiring, saw the wedding ceremony according to Hindu traditions (the spectacle is very impressive, especially the outfits of the newlyweds !!! ). The fact is that the girl Valya herself is from Belarus, but has been living in Bali for about a year, and her husband Alit is a native of Bali, so when some interesting ceremonies take place in his village, he can offer you to watch them.

In general, the impression was that we were not just tourists, but part of a Balinese family!! ! we even participated in a prayer ceremony with gifts to the gods!

Since my husband loves outdoor activities, of course we also visited rafting and tried water activities and visited the big turtle farm and the Waterboom water park, where the guys themselves sent us and even took us back and forth for free.

By the way! we agreed on prices in advance, I can only note that the cost for the whole day was no more than $ 50, you can drive with a company of 6 people (they have a comfortable new car) and there is always drinking water in the car!

Well, how can you not try the local cuisine when you are in a foreign country? ! We tried a lot, if not everything: from restaurants with great views, small portions and rather high prices - to local restaurants without any kind, but with tasty and cheap food. I will never forget how we just ate too much in one local restaurant and for 5 people paid 150.000 rupees about 17 dollars !!!!!!!! ! The only thing that I didn’t like was just a meager selection of alcoholic drinks, and the local Arak vodka, Hatten wine and Bintang beer were not very impressive; I liked only the white wine Hatten Alexandria - very pleasant on the palate. I advise: if you are a drinker - buy for future use in Duty free when you fly to Bali or drink fresh juices - there are an unmeasured amount of them from all kinds of exotic fruits !! ! To be honest, we never got to the famous place Jimbaran (restaurants on the ocean, usually with seafood cuisine); instead, we visited one of the best fish restaurants in Indonesia, which is located in Denpasar itself.

In general, you can write about Bali and their interesting culture for a very long time ! ! come and see for yourself! ! My advice: don't stay long in hotels - drive, see as much as you can!!!!

Thanks again to Valya and Alit for introducing us to this beautiful island and their culture! I am sure that we will still arrive in Bali, because we have not yet seen everything, and we have not had time to visit the neighboring islands!!!!!!

I will be glad to share my information and give the coordinates of the guys.

I wish you all an unforgettable experience in Bali!! !
