The staff is lazy. Do not fall for the description and beautiful photos of the hotel on the Internet. See our real photos. We booked a standard room with air conditioning. Checked the room upon check in. 2 bottles of water are included for the duration of your stay. Checked out the number. Horror!! ! They settle not in a room, but in some barn. About bed linen and towels have already been written in many reviews. Refrigerator is dirty. The air conditioner is fixed on a piece of plywood, which was too lazy to even paint. Curtain hinges dangle. The TV has a broken power button. To turn it on, you need to stick your finger into the hole from the button and press something inside. Great? The paint on the walls was peeling off, and the bathroom was a shock! The plastic bathroom just cracked in half. And this crack is apparently far from new. When taking a shower, water does not go into the drain hole, but into this slot. In response, black sand appears from this crack. . I think that if it was the 2nd or 3rd floor, then it is possible that measures would be taken. And so the 1st floor, well, let it flow under the floor. Well, the smell is appropriate. After breakfast our room was cleaned and our bed made. After our indignation, as compensation, we were moved to a bungalow on the 2nd floor at no extra charge, and new people settled in our room WITHOUT CHANGING OUR BED. The room is swept, the bed is made, what else do you need? Bungalow. Well, at least it will be better. The room is more spacious. There is a kitchen with a gas stove, a 20 liter bottle on a stand. BUT when buying a bungalow, do not count on the fact that you can cook or heat something there. There is no gas. There are no utensils either. Forks, spoons, too, did not see. The water bottle is empty. Reminded the staff of the empty bottle. No reaction. I had to remove the bottle as a reminder and put it at the doorstep. They just took her away and that's it. The pool doesn't look bad. but look at my photos. Its walls at the water level are dirty. The chairs look like they came from a garbage dump. .
