My husband and I have been staying at this hotel since May 2.2019. until May 15.2019 The first and most important thing that struck me unpleasantly was the terribly dirty beach (photo attached). I want to draw your attention - dirty is not only algae, it is also plastic, shoes, mops, etc. And at high tide it all floats around you. In Bali, in principle, the dirty ocean is because the Balinese dump everything in it from waste to...., but this does not relieve Hyatt of responsibility for the cleanliness of the beach next to the hotel !!! ! Therefore, we spent half of our vacation in correspondence and communication with the hotel management on the topic of bringing the beach to a clean state. I hasten to report that we succeeded!! ! But whether the cleanliness on the beach will be maintained further, I'm not sure, so if you don't want to swim in the trash, keep that in mind. For a 5 * hotel, and even more so for a Hyatt, this is just a shame !!!
The rooms are outwardly good, but the room (3340) stank of dampness, dust and urine. Is it 5*? Is this Hyatt?
Breakfast for 5* is very modest!! ! We are experienced travelers, so believe me, my opinion is based on experience. Nothing has changed in breakfast for 2 weeks. For 2 weeks there was never any red fish, no fish in principle, no seafood, no freshly squeezed juices (packaged juices). And these are the tropics with delicious and cheap fruits, and the ocean full of fish and seafood? I don’t drink champagne, but this is an attribute of a 5 * hotel - I have never been. Breakfasts are not just not of the Hyatt level, they are not of the 5* level!!!

Massages in the hotel are 5 times more expensive than in Bali Gollection???!! ! Massages are no different.
In general, this hotel gives the impression that you are not a guest - you are a big cash cow.
From the good:
1. Huge beautiful and well-groomed territory.
2 The hotel is located on the most beautiful and widest beach and its beach line is 650m. The mattress beds are very comfortable. The beach is so big that you hardly run into other guests. We went to see Laguna beach, Sofitel, Melia (beach one), but it's a nightmare!! ! There is no beach and no ocean either.
3. For stays over 9 nights massage 30 minutes per person and dinner as a gift.
4. Bali Gollection is across the road. In Bali Gollection in a cafe, pay attention to the cost of dishes should include taxes and service, otherwise you will be charged another 21%. Of my favorite cafes where taxes are included and everything is delicious, I can recommend Prada Priority (aka Crispy duck) (where there is live music) and Aglio. There is practically no difference in price compared to a cafe in the village.
It's up to you to decide whether to relax in the Hyatt or not, but having been to Bali, I do not recommend Bali for relaxation. If there is a choice, I would recommend the Dominican Republic or the Maldives.
