Everything. what is written before me about the hotel itself and the staff, I confirm. No complaints. Territory, pools, beach and, most importantly, the Indian Ocean, beyond criticism.
We rested with my wife and niece for 10 days. In order not to turn sour, we took 3 excursions. All of them were only for 4 (three of us and another woman from a hotel in Kuta). It was very convenient as no one had to wait. Therefore, we were able to see quite a lot. I immediately warn you that I like to observe the nature and life of other countries. Here we saw the jungle with tall bamboos, and cascades of rice fields (3 rice crops per year), an unusually large number of Hindu temples at every step, villages of artisans who cut stone and wood with great skill.
We visited coffee stands, tried 6 varieties of coffee prepared in front of your eyes from freshly roasted coffee. Appreciated some with ginseng and ginger.
I don’t even want to talk about bananas and coconuts. They are at every turn.

We visited a crocodile farm, where they themselves poked bamboo sticks into their faces so that they would click with their jaws, and watched a show with mockery of them. In the forest, monkeys were fed monkeys, which behaved exactly like cats in Russia. We admired batik products at the factory, chose pearl products for a long time in a company store from a manufacturer of ocean and river pearls. For a long time they were crushed in their hands and groaned about the very high prices for high-quality crocodile, snake, stingray leather products.
At the zoo, we took pictures with any lizards and birds, except for those who can bite. The photos turned out just amazing. We tried all exotic fruits, including the legendary durian. I must say right away that shit is still something, so I recommend taking my word for it that you should not spend money on it. None of the Europeans ate it to the end, because there was nothing tasty. We did not have dinner, so we solved this problem every day by looking for a restaurant. A free bus to Nusa Dua leaves every half an hour from the hotel. He brings him to the "Gallery", a place where shops and restaurants are gathered in one place for gullible tourists. The restaurants cook well, serve decently. The only frustrating thing is that 10% for service, 11% taxes and another 12% for something are added to the bill every time. After the 2nd such dinner, we decided to take a walk along the street that leads to the Gallery. And, please, several restaurants where it is written in Russian about a wide choice of any dishes, and about the fact that everything is already included in the price, and the prices themselves are acceptable. And it is true. The cost of a good lunch is 2-3 times cheaper than a lunch in the Gallery. Service and cleanliness guaranteed. Finally, we decided to go fishing in the ocean. This, despite the high cost (100 dollars per person) turned out to be a song. On a boat equipped with two powerful motors, driven by three Malays, we went out to the open sea, in view of our hotel (by the way, it looks very cool from the sea).
Our pirates, for some reason, chose a section of the sea, installed 4 spinning rods, spread out fishing lines with attached "artificial mouse" baits, and began to walk in a large circle. 5 minutes have passed and already a bite. Minutes 7-8 pulled out the first fish. The natives called her maki-maki. The fish turned out to be about 70 cm long. Weight 3-4 kg. After that, zhor began at the tuna. In short, in 2.5 hours (2 men and 2 women) we caught, in addition to maki - maki, 11 tuna the size of a good horse mackerel and one sea bass. Everyone got great pleasure and frustration from the fact that there was only one maki-maki. Having moored to the shore, the natives asked us to wait half an hour for a beer, and they themselves rushed to the grill, after which they covered a clearing for us. I must report to you that in no restaurant, grilled fish was not as tasty as the one you caught yourself an hour ago.
Bottom line: as my wife said, Bali is the first place where she did not want to leave. But Singapore was still waiting for us, and this is another story. In short, believe me. Bali is the place where you can have a wonderful rest if you fly there for relaxation. And the hotel is wonderful.
