Didn't like the staff. The rooms were cleaned disgustingly, the towels were not changed in full.
The New Year was celebrated with a C grade (so-so), there was probably not enough Olivier. In addition, they stole money from the safe, not a lot, but still. When we filed a complaint with the administration about the Lobby, they smiled sweetly at us and claimed that this could not be. Of course, in our history of holidays in different countries, this case was an exception, but the fact took place. In general, the last most overshadowed our stay in this hotel.
