Pros: Location to the sea - the first line. Good buffet, tasty and varied menu, always fresh products. Helpful staff who speak ONLY English, although there are always many Russians in the hotel. They constantly smile, say hello, but refuse to learn at least a couple of words in Russian. Lots of greenery and flowers in the area. Swimming pool with clean water.
Cons: Bali has a strict energy saving mode, so it's too dark in the rooms and on the territory of the hotel. The lanterns are lit creating a twilight romantic mood, but they do not allow you to see anything at all on the territory in the evening.
The furniture in the rooms is old, the plumbing is also old. Everything functions, but, for example, the air conditioner is leaking, the kettle turns on every other time.

The level of service in the rooms does not depend on the size of the tip. They tried to give in different currencies and different denominations - nothing changes - they clean it cleanly without additional bonuses. They didn’t give money at all - they brought a torn towel.
There is absolutely no soundproofing in the rooms - you can hear EVERYTHING that is going on in neighboring rooms.
