We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of December 2011. with Pegasus. The hotel guide was seen once on the day of arrival, and, if necessary, talked three times on the phone. There is no beach, the sea is covered in algae, it is unpleasant to be in it, but there is a good beach nearby in a 5 * hotel, where we rested. Excursions at Pegasus are very expensive, even for a child who is only 11 years old, there are no discounts, so we took excursions elsewhere, where prices were lower and excursions for a child were much cheaper than for an adult.
All good impressions about the hotel (friendly, always smiling staff) were gone after the theft of a ceramic wristwatch from the room (lipstick was also missing, but we didn’t talk about it anymore). An appeal to the hotel guide Irina did not bring results. She promised to call back as soon as she knew the result, but we never got a call. They called themselves. Of course, you need to put everything of value in a safe, but for example, there are perfumes that cost more than watches, and just things that cannot be hidden in a safe, they simply won’t fit there, to which Irina said that they don’t steal in a hotel, that’s the first time, but at the same time she noted that the spirits would not be taken, it would be immediately noticeable.
After that, we turned to the manager of the hotel, he said that the investigation was carried out, none of the attendants saw the watch and he could not help us with anything.

Until the end of our holiday, we hoped that the watch would be returned, but Alas NO, the miracle did not happen.
So, if someone takes this hotel, then be careful things “disappear” there and no one is responsible.
