Everything was fine at first, but later there were problems with the transfer and one of the administrators refused to give us a transfer and only offered to call a taxi. No one speaks Russian in the hotel, but no one expected this, there are no complaints here. 2 days before departure, the most fun began. They changed the bed linen for us and when we returned from the tour at the reception they met us with a duvet cover on which there was a stain from the sauce and offered to pay 437.000 rupees for a new one, or wash it ourselves, we took it to eliminate our jamb, but the next day when they brought a clean one to the reception duvet cover, later we were stopped and offered to pay for it, because red wine stains appeared on it from somewhere (which we never bought during the whole trip) after long negotiations in which we remained guilty, I offered to pay for dry cleaning and close the issue on this, since they did not want to listen to us at all, to which they answered me that they do not provide such services and I have to pay for a new duvet cover, or I will have problems when leaving the hotel. The day before, we were again covered with “clean” bed linen with stains (this is Asia and we did not perceive them as a problem), I asked to replace it so that there were no more problems, but there was no clean sheet in the whole hotel.
In general, the whole review is that dear citizens do not trust these smiling people at the hotel and always check everything very carefully upon arrival. I hope that these problems will bypass you. Well, about the general impression of the hotel: there are no windows in the rooms and it always smells of dampness, it’s very dark in the rooms, there are a lot of tourists from China in the hotel, so the pool was in shifts: we were during the day, and they tripled parties there in the evening)) Breakfast is very poor and monotonous (but it is possible). Of the benefits - a free (almost always) transfer to 3 beaches and a Bali collection store, beautiful sunsets at the restaurant on the roof of the hotel (dinner prices are very reasonable compared to the nearest restaurants).
