We stayed at the hotel in September 2010. We travel often (Maldives, Sri Lanka, Jamaica, Thailand. . . ) and have something to compare with. I can say that Bali is not worth the money, effort and time spent on the flight. The hotel took only breakfast and, apart from scrambled eggs and pastries, there was nothing to eat. We are not particularly picky about food and there was no shortage of this for us personally, but this is a fact. Rooms and service in the hotel is good, but the beach is HORRIBLE!!! ! for 12 days of stay in Bali never swam, only in the pool. This is not only a problem of our hotel (were on different beaches). Dirty water and the beach were very disappointing, bounty advertising is clearly not about Bali) We rode around the island in a taxi, got a lot of positive in the monkey garden. I was pleased with the focus of hotels, cafes and spas on Russian tourists. even musicians in restaurants sang Russian songs) BUT I can draw one conclusion - despite a good hotel and entertainment infrastructure (bali collection), it is better to spend your vacation in another country (IMHO).
