At the same time, they understand Russian more or less normally, not to mention English. The cost of one day (not a tour !! ) costs from 30 to 50 dollars. USA depending on where you want to go. Ride a decent car (we had a Toyota) with cond. hom, etc. I, for example, the first two days decided to lie on the beach, studied the map of Bali, tours and then developed a travel plan. Save up to 40% on two, and if you have more, the savings immediately increase significantly.
3) Lunch and dinner is better not in the hotel, but outside it. The difference is 20 percent, and if you move away from the resort area at least 100 meters, you can safely add to the savings as much. ASK FOR DISCOUNTS! ! ! ! ! They are provided by almost all restaurants. At the same time the quality of food is no worse than in the hotel, and even better.
3) Be sure to visit the Elephant Safari, several temples. I will note at once that the temples are quite similar to each other, so I chose routes to different parts of the island. So much more interesting. You can even visit any temple in the village or town, where you will also see something interesting.
You should also go to the reptile and bird park, as well as the monkey park. We took pictures with all kinds of parrots, flying dogs, monkeys, monitor lizards, pythons and some other creatures. Photos bomb! ! ! ! ! Everyone looks and envies : )
4) Keep in mind that the ocean is around, and therefore significantly felt the tides. Literally there are several places in Bali where you do not feel much.
5) The ocean in Bali is like the Black Sea. You won't see anything super-duper like in the Red Sea. To do this, you need to go specifically to the coral islands.
6) It is better to change money in exchange offices, and not in the bank, or even more so in the hotel. The course is about 1 UAH. - 1000 of their currency. (The dollar, respectively, about 7600 - 8100).
7) The main thing is the mood! if you are looking for some gaps in the rest, you are sure to find them than ruin your vacation! You have to be optimistic and then the rest will be great : ))
