Rested with a friend for three days in January 2012. The rooms are old, with ants. Cleaning is done in an incomprehensible manner. Hair and dirt from the street were found on the bed. And this is after cleaning, before it everything was fine. Towels are washed dirty gray with holes. At the same time, if you lose it, they demand 20 NIS!! ! The room was on the first floor. On the second day of our stay, we noticed that someone (probably one of the hotel cleaners, because they saw him in the afternoon with a cleaning cart) was peeping into the windows of the room !!!! ! And after that they found torn bathing suits that hung to dry near the room!! ! Moreover, the holes were made on purpose and in clearly defined places, and the swimsuits were covered in semen. We contacted the hotel administration, who were amused by what they saw! Obviously, such lawlessness is a frequent occurrence in the hotel. The hotel administrator, a certain Diana, who refused to give her last name, frankly and cynically stated that the hotel does not bear any responsibility for this incident, that one of the hotel's tourists or someone who came from the street could have done this !! ! Why do they need security then? At the same time, Diana persistently offered to call the police, who, according to her, would tell us that the hotel had nothing to do with it. Since we rested for only three days, there was no time for the police. After our four-hour debate, the hotel management told her to refund us 30% of the cost of the stay, as compensation for the damaged things. And the travel agency told us later that refunds and dissatisfied customers are a frequent case for this hotel. So draw your own conclusions, gentlemen. Personally, I would not recommend this terrible hotel to anyone. The hotel staff does not care about their customers, they are not responsible for anything, they are always involved and there is always no one in place (although the latter, I am sure, are just excuses).
