The service staff behaves in a boorish way, at the reception they talk to you as a favor and sometimes boldly (administrator: a man of venerable age, a Soviet emigrant). With all his appearance, and sometimes with his actions, he showed us (Russian tourists) how much he hates everything and everyone related to Russia. I have a question for both him and the hotel management: "Why does he work there?! " Because basically it is the Russians who settle in this hotel. Cleaning in the rooms is nominal! The rooms are grey, wretched, washed linen and cockroaches! On weekends, you need to run away from the hotel. Buses bring schoolchildren and students, from which there is a lot of noise and dirt. Do not go to the hotel beach or pool at this time. They steal everything that lies badly, and if you haven’t been stolen on the beach (don’t be too happy! ) You will be “cleaned” in the room (and the attendants !!! ). I will never return to this hotel and will not recommend it to others!
