Terrible hotel with terrible service. We rented a hotel from 13.03 to 14.03 with a late check-out. Told them ahead of time! That we are newlyweds and there will be a photo session in the morning. 13.03 in the evening we entered the room. We did not expect this at all. The mirrors are stained, the curtains are dirty, as if people were dancing on them with dirty shoes.

We rented a hotel from 13.03 to 14.03 with a late check-out. Told them ahead of time! That we are newlyweds and there will be a photo session in the morning.
13.03 in the evening we entered the room. We did not expect this at all. The mirrors are stained, the curtains are dirty, as if people were dancing on them with dirty shoes. Bathroom is dirty, kitchen is dirty. The mood was already ruined. We asked to change the room, we were given another one without question. Said it was the BEST ROOM they have. He also turned out to be terrible. Terribly dirty and scratched bathroom, as if paint or plaster interfered with it. Rust and mold in the shower. The mirror on the closet is broken. The air conditioner doesn't work. The bedroom has access to the balcony, but it is sealed with tape! There is a coffee machine, but no capsules for it???????????
In the morning they asked me to tidy up the room a little, just put things in order, as we will have a photo shoot. We were refused. They brought a dirty rag for the floor and said "if you want, clean it yourself. " DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL FOR ANYTHING! They are not worth a single sheikel for all the nerves, dirt and annoyance you get by staying there.
