MINUSES: We were given a room and when we entered there, we saw that the room had not been cleaned after previous guests. We asked to leave, we had to wait. We didn't like it. they didn't even bother to check what number they give. And people after a 7-hour flight, the road to the hotel, under the sun, have to wait for their room to be cleaned. We had a room with a fan under the ceiling, but there are rooms with air conditioning. Towels look dirty and dark. There is no hair dryer in the room, no jars of shampoo, soap, etc. Not even toilet paper. There was no TV in the room. The lighting is bad. Were removed badly. It happened that the cleaning lady came in and only made the bed, leaving a full basket of garbage untouched. Bed linen was not changed once in a week. Towels were changed once, and then at my request. The floor was also rarely washed. Walls, closet, table shabby. The rooms have very good audibility. The first nights I couldn't sleep at all. There is no Wi-Fi in the hotel at all, neither in the room nor at the reception. We had breakfast included. This is coffee or tea, 2 toasts, a small package (like in an airplane) of butter and the same package of jam. Everything else on the menu for an additional fee. On the last day, we were generally told that breakfast was not allowed on the day of departure. So I had to pay for this meager set. Be sure to bring or buy mosquito repellents there. They bite very hard.
PROS: The practical only plus is the proximity to the sea. The reception allows you to call (for example, a taxi driver) and charges 10 rupees for this. We had a room on the 3rd floor, you go out to the balcony, and there are palm trees with coconuts, you can directly touch the leaves. Very beautiful - tall palm trees and coconuts at the level of our balcony. It was nice to have a safe in the room. Cost 30 or 40 rupees per day. All valuables were put away in a safe.
