Above, they already wrote about $ 20 for early check-in. In Goa, this is not the first time, and earlier, if there were free rooms, they settled without any additional payments. As for the cleaning in the rooms, either the Indians were angry with us, because they didn’t want to pay 20k, or it’s the hotel’s policy, for 11 days the cleaning was ONCE! Moreover, we asked for cleaning every day! New Year is celebrated here on special dates, not like everywhere else, but from January 1, to January 2... Lunch does not cost 60 bucks! Alcohol (which is supposedly included in the price of lunch) ends somewhere around 22 o'clock... Drunk friends of Raul, the holiday was not for us, but for them
I can name one plus - for breakfast, not only toasts with butter, jam, etc.... but also other dishes of national cuisine and India, the beach is not far away. I will definitely not return to this hotel, but Candolim is still beautiful)

No, there is one skinny IDusik to open and close the door, that's all the security,

The road to the sea along dirty roadsides and trash cans.
We travel every year, but we have never seen such a disgusting 3 * in any country.
If you have a choice, better to another hotel.

Our flight arrived late at night. We flew on a group visa of 16 people, all to this hotel. We all got to know each other at the airport.
We were brought to the hotel almost in the morning. We were settled immediately. The rooms were arranged for everyone, no one asked to change the room.
I and other girls were placed in building B. The room turned out to be on the 2nd floor and with a balcony that overlooked the territory and you could see the street at the exit from the hotel. The room was two-room. The first room had a sofa, two armchairs, a table. The second room has a double bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe with hangers. There was also a shower room with a toilet. Room without air conditioning. Didn't regret it at all. Fans in every room worked great. Bed linen and towels were white on the day of arrival. The rooms were cleaned daily.
I can’t say anything bad about breakfasts at the hotel either, it was known in advance that there would be continental breakfasts (tea-coffee-milk-toasts-butter-jam) They are here like everywhere else.
The territory is well-groomed and moderately green: palm trees, trimmed lawns, bushes - everything is nice. The pool was clean, the water was constantly changed there, it was cleaned and every morning tourists swam in it with pleasure.
The location is great. You leave the territory of the hotel and find yourself in the very center (clubs, bars, shops, counters, mopeds, traffic jams). Walk to the beach max 15 min.
The staff at the hotel is polite, friendly, but, of course, they should be treated in a similar way, at least to say hello. It is terrible to look at how many Russians behave, what kind of smiles there are for the staff, yelling at the reception, always drunk. . .
the Germans and the British rest in the hotel. We made friends with an English couple, very wonderful people.
Had a great Christmas at the hotel. There was a buffet. the menu is varied, we ate from salads to hot dishes. We went for ice cream three times for dessert. There was also the owner of the hotel. Very nice man, congratulations to all. To many approached was interested in accommodation and whether everything suits them in the hotel.
For all the time we didn’t miss anything, no one bothered us, wonderful friendly staff, which was exactly what we needed. No troubles happened to anyone, although we walked at night along the beaches, streets and dark alleys. This is a budget holiday but with a great location.
ABOUT GOA. The holiday was a 100% success! I wanted to cry when I left.
I will have the opportunity to return to this hotel again.

The room is very economical, no refrigerator, TV, shower with a hole in the floor and not fenced in any way, the water was only cold. The room was dirty, black balls of hair on the floor. The room was not cleaned, only after constant requests at the reception. But theft is accepted in the hotel. Personally, money was stolen from us from a closed suitcase from personal belongings. To which the hotel said that he did not know what to do, and the senior manager of the hotel did not even come to talk. Coral Travel guide Daria said that they are not responsible for their partners and the things that we leave in the room are not safe, everything can be stolen, she advised taking a suitcase with you to the beach and excursions. Talking to vacationers, we realized that this is not the first case of theft in the hotel this week. The trip was completely ruined, in the middle of the holiday we were left without money. The opinion about the hotel, the resort and the country as a whole was also spoiled. I highly recommend this hotel!! !

I would like to share with you my impressions of your vacation.
Rested with my husband from 02/05/2014 to 02/26/2014.
My husband and I decided to visit such a beautiful country as India, northern Goa, our choice fell on the Prazeres Resorts 2 * hotel - which we did not regret a bit and were very glad that we chose THIS hotel and not any other !!! ! We were very pleased with our choice - I highly recommend this hotel and Candolim beach. On the way from Dabolim airport, we stopped at many hotels, as we were transporting other tourists, when the line came up and we arrived at our Prazeres Resorts 2 * hotel, we were pleasantly surprised (because there was already something to compare with, we had seen enough for the road ). The hotel was very nice and well maintained, both outside and inside. We were brought to the hotel at 10.30, settled in the room immediately and there was no talk of any additional surcharges, although check-in to the rooms was at 12 o'clock!! ! The rooms are spacious, all with balconies, some rooms are air conditioned and most have fans - this was more than enough for us. The hotel area is very well maintained, large enough, surrounded by greenery and palm trees. Several multi-storey buildings. The outdoor pool is always clean and tidy. Also on the territory of the hotel there is a spa center, a restaurant, a bar, a jewelry store, a brand store of cosmetics and medicines HIMALAYA with a huge assortment, and as for prices, they do not differ from other stores (everyone will find a lot of useful things there) . Right at the exit from the hotel rent bikes and taxis. The territory of the hotel is very large for Goa, and even more so for 2 *, there is where to walk, nice and cozy.
In the hotel itself. In the first days of rest, we tried to eat in different cafes and restaurants in order to find a place for ourselves, but we came to the conclusion that in the hotel restaurant, they cook very tasty, a huge range of dishes and large portions - and the whole rest we ate only in the hotel restaurant, which very convenient and comfortable.
The hotel itself is located in a wonderful location, quite far from the busy main street, which is a huge plus, but at the same time, in the very center of Candolim. Three minutes walk and you are in a busy place on the main street, where a huge number of cafes and restaurants, shops, exchange offices, tour agencies, Ayurvedic salons. Another 5 minutes walk and you are on the beach. Indians are very slow but kind people.
As for the staff, everyone is friendly, well-trained, constantly washing something, sweeping, watering grass on lawns, washing tiles on the territory of the hotel, removing garbage and smiling endlessly. The reception will answer any questions from - where to change money to - how to get to the waterfall. Everyone is friendly and smiling - remember, smile and rejoice yourself and you will be answered in the same way!!!
Emotions are still overflowing, so writing everything that I would like, probably, will not work.
For those who have decided to go to India, do not hesitate. This country will seem interesting and colorful to you. The hotel, once again, is simply magnificent, you yourself will appreciate it when you get into it. Therefore - enjoy the country, climate, beaches, seafood! Have a wonderful holiday to you too!! !

To begin with, Goa in December is wonderful! I advise everyone - the climate is ideal, the water temperature is +28, the gentle sea, white sand, endless beaches - in general, heaven on earth. So, about the hotel - a great option - a budget, very clean green area, a swimming pool, a wonderful kitchen and, by the way, not expensive. Live music 3 times a week during dinner. Check-in goes without problems, it is preferable to communicate in English. Cleaned everything is OK, the numbers in the photo - everything is pretty decent. Candolim area - go slowly to the beach for 8-10 minutes, well, if you hurry, then 5. The beach itself is very personal, around these necks - beach cafes - yes, really ordering something to eat or drink in them - you get a sunbed for free. Almost no one lies on the sand - everyone uses the services of these cafes. On foot from Candolim Beach, you can walk along the coast to the Agauda Fort - this is a local landmark,
where tourists are taken - impressive views from there. You can also walk to Sinquerim beach and Calancut beach. The rest are better to ride. Near the hotel there are many street cafes, restaurants - you will always find food, including cheap and tasty! There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance of the hotel. Taxi parking right next to the hotel - use it - it makes no sense to go closer to the main road - the price tag is only more expensive there. It makes sense to take a taxi - south - to Colva Beach, impressive white sand, deserted, delicious food, and crazy-cheap fruit market! (From the hotel, the price tag for a taxi to the Colva is 1500 rupees - 750 rubles - for the whole day there and back, the taxi driver will be waiting for you). From the hotel by taxi to the north beach - Arambol - 1000 rupees - 500 rubles - for the whole day there and back, the taxi driver will be waiting for you as well. On Arambol, go to Mandrem Beach, also gorgeous beaches, paradises, unforgettable impressions.
Also from the hotel you can go on an independent excursion to waterfalls, spices and old GOA - the price tag is 2000 rupees - 1000 rubles - the taxi driver takes you all day, waiting and all that - in addition to taxi costs - the cost of a jeep to the waterfall per person is 350 rupee - 175 rubles, entrance, entrance to the territory of the waterfall - roofing felts 50 rupees - chtoli something like that. Then the entrance to the spices is 400 rupees - 200 rubles per person, elephant riding separately 600 rupees - 300 rubles per person. I think a tour with a taxi driver, it somehow comes out much more compact, not tiring - a priority option. All these price tags are naturally for a car, that is, for 4 passengers, and whether you go alone or together or three, it doesn’t matter. Food in general in GOA is absolutely safe, do not get poisoned anywhere, it is better to buy water and drink bottled water. All alcohol is delicious, especially the vaunted Old Monk rum - buy it, stock up on it - I recommend it.
Himalaya cosmetics - very effective - definitely buy. As for spices - it’s better not to take tea and spices on the street - take it better in the supermarket - it’s more hygienic, packed, checked. And Fruits - fruit guys there is something - in winter they are best - pineapples, watermelons, papaya, passion fruit. Choose redder mango, papaya orange and soft, passion fruit - all the same, kiwi like kiwi, fig like fig - but it has an increasingly rich taste. Pineapples are simply incomparable - take the long ones that smell delicious and the most orange in color - tobish ripe ones. Prices, prices... I will announce those prices NOT more expensive than which you need to buy, everything that is more expensive is a hoax for tourists - Pineapple - 80 rupees, Papaya - 50 rupees, Watermelon - 50 rupees, Passion fruit - 15 rupees, Mango - 70 rupees. We divide all prices approximately in half and get rubles. And a little trick - everything you want to buy on the market - buy in the morning!
From 10 to 12 somewhere - in the morning everything is two / three times cheaper than in the evening - all these prices in the evening due to the influx of idle tourists with money increase significantly! If you want to save money keep this in mind.
At the expense of food - I will not recommend any particular shake or restaurant - because there are an infinite number of them - choose the one that you like best in terms of appearance, smell, music, and so on.
Be sure to drink freshly squeezed juices! “They are wonderful there—especially on the southern beaches.
In general, I will summarize my story - Goa is a wonderful beach holiday - beautiful with its atmosphere, unforgettable gentle sea, gentle sun, delicious fruits and Indian dishes, having arrived there you immediately feel this unique buzz and nirvana - so to speak, separation from civilization. (p / s - yes there are cows, yes there is garbage and ever-smoking incense sticks, noisy Indians, eternal traders, dogs, scooters,
crazy traffic and so on - but when you arrive there, see for yourself - you don’t notice anything - as if you are in nirvana! Prazeres Resort - suitable for a holiday in Goa! Test.

Stayed together with a friend in Prazeris from 13.01. to 26.01. Most of the time they were absent (rented a house in Ashvem, left for Hampi)
Check-in: 2 am, everything is fine, at first they offered a room at the utility block on the 1st floor, they refused, because. there was one double bed, 2 men uncomfortable. after some wrangling and talking about the last number, they gave a room in the far (the quietest building) on the 3rd floor overlooking the sunset))).
Location: located 250-300 meters from the main Candolim road, more or less quiet at night, but do not take numbers on the road in any case - you will have to wake up with the Indians at 7:00, no more than 10-12 minutes walk to the sea. On the nearest beach in Vlode, there is a ship that has run aground, which is being quietly dismantled (the view is not very good, you have to leave-leave to the right along the beach 1-2 km, the view is clearly better).
Room: room 10-12 sq. m. , combined bathroom -5 sq. m and balcony 5 sq. m. The room is really dark, there is not enough light. Most of the rooms of the same type, there are 2-room, were not in demand by us, because. We only spent 4-5 nights at the hotel.
Staff: everything is fine, the guys at the reception are friendly, answered all questions, do not sleep 24 hours, always in place, friends came to us at different times - there were no problems (but they knew that they were coming to us). Bar workers - everything is ok, cleaning - changing linen - is normal, do not forget to leave 1 USD each and everything will be ok. The fan was noisy - they called the reception in the morning - after 20 minutes they came and replaced the mechanism (1 USD). We communicated with everyone kindly, with light and not very funny))). The Indians took everything positively. Even the tricks of drunken Russians were perceived with understanding (for example, one former athlete tried to teach self-defense techniques to a guard in a parking lot), he smiled, nodded and pretended to remember))).
Meals: nominal breakfasts - toast, butter, jam (self-service). the restaurant itself is mediocre, if there are still no favorite places - it will do.
in the evenings almost every evening a musical program for hotel guests.
We left the money and documents in the safe (2 bucks a day), they always took it without problems around the clock (in some hotels access to the safe is closed from 00:00 to 07:00 !!! .
General impression: in Goa 2 times, we saw hotels both worse and better, this one is generally normal in terms of price-quality ratio, clearly inferior to hotels in Egypt, and even more so in Turkey (keep in mind). In Goa, the hotel is not the main thing, but there should not be any negative, so as not to blur the overall impression.
Negative: on the penultimate evening before flying home, an unpleasant incident occurred in the hotel bar, several companies, mostly Russians, were resting, music was playing, the bar was already closing, we (3 Russian men) arrived from dinner in Baga, went down to the restaurant, I ordered bar 3 cocktails, one of my friends sat down at a table, the other went up to one of the tables (1 guy and 3-4 girls - Russians) and asked if it was possible to sit down to talk to them, he did not have time to finish, like one of the Indians standing near the bar began to shout something loudly in his own way, turning towards that table, then he switched to English and began to make claims to my friend in a rather rude manner, he tried to come up and find out what was the matter, but !!!! ! 2 bar workers tried to stop him and asked him to sit down at the table and not react, the Hindu was yelling so loudly that he was shouting over the music. I stood next to the bar, approached this screamer and told him to be quieter, that people rest here, and if there are complaints, then they can be expressed calmly. He switched to me, began to insult, tried to swing, but did everything, as in a joke (hold me, otherwise I can’t vouch for myself))), when I went towards him, he walked a few steps away, hid behind the bar workers, and continued to yell; bar workers, for reasons unknown to me, also tried to seat me at the bar, asking me not to respond to the cries of this clown. I refused, asked them not to touch me, then they just stood three between me and him.
A girl from the company approached him, because of which he apparently dispersed so much, it did not lead to anything. The most annoying thing was that when this guy realized that he was covered by bar workers, he started shouting things that rarely remain indifferent. . I basically do not react to insults directed at me, outgrew it (dog barks, caravan goes), but insults began to the family, all Russian tourists, our country, and this is in the hotel, 75-80% of which are tourists from the Russian Federation, many of whom were present at the same time and understood if they were at least a little indulging in English...
Everything was very impulsive, there was a real hysteria, it became even disgusting that a man behaves like this....
If it wasn't for the staff, this guy would have gotten a couple of flicks, maybe take a dip in the pool and the incident would have ended, but that didn't happen, I got cocktails from the bar, walked past him (continuing screaming) and we sat down in the far corner restaurant to play cards, the disco continued. an hour later, when the music was turned off and the people dispersed, while playing cards, we heard this guy very loudly (he should have joined the military choir))) arguing with his Russian girlfriend, the scandal lasted 5-7 minutes and sometimes it seemed that she needed help , as she screamed, the words "help" did not sound and they slowly calmed down. I note that my comrades and I were a little tipsy (2 rum-cola cocktails) and reacted quite adequately. After 10 minutes of conversation with the staff, we managed to find out that this guy's name is RAUL and he is the manager of the hotel!!!
The next morning we called our guide Victoria and asked to call the hotel, make an appointment with this Raul, that we are ready to accept an apology.
In the evening we were told that he would be only tomorrow, that we could talk to the hotel manager, we said that we wanted to talk with him, and agreed on tomorrow. Tomorrow it all happened again. The hotel manager apologized deeply, but said that Raul would not be able to meet with us and would not even be able to talk by phone. By the way, during the conversation, the hotel manager showed us an explanatory note (as it was titled) of Raul's Russian girlfriend, in which she wrote that we almost attacked her personally, and the valiant Hindu saved her from the hands of Russian bandits... this paper ("explanatory ", laughs, I can't)))) was written in Russian and in English (later it turned out that the girl had a long affair with Raoul). I asked the manager to show the explanations of the staff, because she was an interested party, but he replied that no one had written anything, and for various reasons refused to call any of them into the office.
Before leaving, we learned from several sources that the Hindu Raul systematically arranges drunken brawls in a restaurant, that there were cases when he inadvertently tried to "run into" someone of their Russians at a distance from the bar (where there is no staff) and received "duley", from -for this he is afraid of Russians and does not like Russians (drinking complexes climb out of him, overcompensation)))..... the bar workers themselves then greatly apologized for covering up his behavior during the conflict and in private conversations they said with a smile that raul reviewed bollywood films about tough guys.
CONCLUSION: in general, the hotel made a normal impression (firstly 2 *, secondly Goa, thirdly the price), but the trick of this drunken type left an unpleasant aftertaste (most of all, as he had all the tourists from the Russian Federation, and how he was like a woman (sorry for slang) behaved during the conflict).
ANDREY. SPb.
I recommend the ARTI massage parlor in Ashvem to everyone, cheap (bargain) and high quality, say hello to the hostess ARTI from Andrey from St. Petersburg.

I heard that India is one of the leading countries in violence. I have a beautiful wife, I'm afraid that they can attack at night (you never know). Is everything really so aggravated there with this (we are going only to the state of GOA)? Is it worth it to bring "pepper" with you from Russia?

I read a lot of information, but questions remained. Please answer point by point! 1) How much does it cost to rent a motorcycle per day season 2013/14? 2) Gasoline. When renting is paid separately or goes in addition? 3) Do they give a lock with a chain? 3.1) Do they give helmets and how much? 4) Is it possible to ride without a license? 4.1) Is it possible to ride a LITTLE, but in moderation? 4.2) Is it possible to ride without a helmet (helmet)? 4.3) Do local traffic cops take bribes and what is the rate?
