They brought us to this hotel for about 10 hours and for this reason they refused to resettle us, but if we pay 2 thousand rupees, then they will place us without any problems ! ! About 8 families arrived, everyone refused and went to get acquainted with local sights until 2 pm. Arriving at the specified time, they were also in no hurry to settle us until 16 o'clock. Somehow they began to settle us on the first floors of the old building. When they opened the room for us, we were horrified - these were peeled, smelly, dirty walls along which fungus and mold were spreading !!!! ! Old with old. dilapidated furniture, such as a bed - these are knocked together boards on which lay thin foam and once white linen washed to holes !!! ! We began to ask to be resettled in other rooms, at least not on the first floors. They asked for a surcharge of 15.000. rupees. We began to call the Anex tour, but no one picked up the phone !! ! They called the guide Katerina, who was supposed to resettle us, but when she saw such a situation, she simply ran away and did not understand the phone anymore. HER was only interested in selling us fraudulent SIM cards for 20 euros and selling excursions at three prices and nothing more (Because SIM cards and excursions could be bought in the city much cheaper !!!! ). The offered rooms did not match the photos on the Internet!! ! During our, if I may say so, rest on the territory of the hostel, music was blaring until 4 in the morning. They did not respond to our requests to at least make it quieter, and this nightmare continued until the end of the holiday. Indians danced to this disco, who also come for a short vacation on the coast of Goa !! ! Bed linen was not changed even once and was not tidied up!! ! They have a safe in one of their rooms where you have to go and buy a small padlock for 100 rupees, but they are not responsible for the safety of your belongings. Meals are spicy potato balls, rice and also a spicy likeness of scrambled eggs. You won't get tea or coffee without sugar! If you don't want to ruin your holiday, don't hesitate to choose this rooming house!! !
